Great hotel in great location. Great coffee shop downstairs and lovely restaurant too! Bed was comfortable . Amenities were great. Room looked a little bit dated and reminded me of a Novotel or Ibis hotel but with a touch of modernity. Customer service was fabulous!

As a Gold member (and paid Accor Plus), as per YOUR stated benefits, I may request for 4pm late checkout where available. When I requested for that, I was told my check out was extended to 2pm, and that I could purchase extra hours till 4pm at $20 per hour. I understand if the room is required due to it being turned around for the next guest. But the fact that it could be offered to me at $20 per hour clearly indicates that it is available, therefore, I should not need to pay. I was eventually given a late check out, but not until i had to raise a fuss (which is not in my nature), and the manager had to come out and speak to me and reluctantly agreed with an extremely dissatisfied face. That made me feel like I was being an entitled and unreasonably demanding person, when all i was doing was to clarify what was within the terms that YOU, Accor set. I did not pluck the time of 4pm from the sky. It is clearly stated in your benefits. I am 4 nights away from Platinum status, but I am now reconsidering going for that based on this experience. I did not even raise a fuss over no room upgrade as I understood that sometimes rooms are full or you are reserving it. I am currently Platinum on Marriott Bonvoy and I chose Accor to try to obtain Platinum status. This means each time I stay at an Accor hotel, I am foregoing my Platinum benefits at a Marriott hotel. I am not asking for much. Just stick to your benefits as you stated.

It’s unacceptable that your Gold member status was not recognized and that you were not offered the late checkout benefit as per your membership terms. We will investigate this matter internally to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I understand how disappointing it must have been to have to escalate the issue and feel undervalued, and apologize for any negative experience you had with our staff. I will be working with our team to ensure they are fully aware of and adhere to all membership benefits (when available). I hope you’ll reconsider your decision about achieving Platinum status. Stayed 3 nights to attend an event at Marvel Stadium. Location for the stadium and airport bus was perfect. Lots to eat and do around the area. The pool, spa and chocolate 'happy hour' made the stay even sweeter!
