Poor Bar Drinks and Food

No issues with accommodation the room was perfect, excellent TV with Chromecast, and very comfy bed. My issue is the standard of food from the Bar service and the quality of drink, i got a cold steak that the butter wouldn't even melt and i had to return my pint of Heineken 3 times due to been complete flat, the barman actually thought i was drinking cider when i returned it the first time due to been so flat. I stopped returning to the bar after the first 2 nights due to knowing i couldn't get a quality drink and one of my main enjoyments of staying in any hotel is been able to relax in the hotel bar with a nice drink. There isn't enough options on the bar menu either i felt. On a positive note when the restaurant reopened on Tuesday night i was relieved, i must say the standard of food and service here is top notch and i already look forward to returning here for the Lamb shoulder.

No filter water in room and no water for sale at front bar..so I asked For a pint glass at bar so I could take filtered water to my room..

- Issue with air circulation, kids couldnt sleep due to enough air coming out from Air condition - Door lock plate side of the door out and stucks to door sometimes - Exhaust fan was not wotking - Empty conditioner
