Only issue is the room - was not overly clean in bathroom area - specifically the shower area. Also why do they only ever leave 2 tea bags ? Most frustrating. I drink English Breakfast nothing else and yet only 2 of those Type of Tea Bags are replenished. Seemingly small but I work hours in the evening and like cups of tea....

We needed a nice break central in Perth having looked at the pictures of your accommodation you advertised, decided to treat ourselves to a couple of night in your Executive suite 18 floors up room 09. I have already spoken to a member of your hotel staff having found we had been over charged by a weird amount just short of $150 she broached the question, “Hope you enjoyed your stay” I relied Very disappointed considering the $500 per night!! Lots of niggling things so glad I had not booked & paid for more! Anyway main desk staff Matt, scent a red & white wine to the room to smooth things over. Will not bother to come again the only thing you have as an advantage is the location. What happened to your renovations & services to room.

The room was very good. Accessibility within the hotel was excellent. We stayed in numerous lodgings during our trip to Perth. The bedding at this hotel was superior to the others. The pillows were heavenly. The location is fabulous being nearby food alleyways. Unfortunately unloading for wheelchair users was frustrating. The current two accessible spaces for temporary parking had a kerb which disrupts the unloading process. There was also hard rubbish located directly adjacent to one of the parks thereby disabling the spot for unloading. The car parking is remote to the hotel and doable if the wheelchair user has an assisted able bodied person. Overall our experience was very good. The staff were friendly, helpful and refreshing.
