Staff was great, room was too small to move. No fridge in room to keep water cool.

If the room is not feeting your need do not hesitate to contact the reception, we could suggest you another type of room. In deed in our hotels there is no fridge in the room. We are note appartments so, this is not compulsory. More over in 3 stars hotel it is uncommon having fridge in the rooms. We can keep things in the fridge at the bar if necessary, again do not hesitate to ask at the reception. At greet, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
