Très bon accueil de la part de Jacoub le dimanche 12 avril. Inacceptable que le site web de l'hôtel mentionne accès à la piscine sans spécifier que la piscine est publique. Nous avons choisi l'hôtel en fonction de la piscine car nous aimons un moment de détente après les journées de balades et avant le souper, vers 17h. Il n'a jamais été possible d'en profiter (sauf 1 jour à 21 heures). Elle était occupée par de nombreux écoliers et autres externes, nous assimilons ce manque de votre part à de la publicité mensongère.

Superbe expérience au Mercure. Un peu du centre-ville, 45 min ou 15 min en tram. Station à 5 min de l'hôtel. Hotel moderne et confortable. Le restaurant est très bon et accessible sur de grandes plages horaires. Petit bémol pour la piscine qui est très grande mais quasiment toujours occupée par les clubs de sport des alentours.

Séjour en couple de 4 nuits dans un hôtel en périphérie du centre de Cracovie mais accessible via le tram en 15' environ. Grande chambre bien équipée. Personnel professionnel et aux petits soins pour la clientèle. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Equipement sportif de très bon niveau. Bravo.
