The stay in Raffles was much better than i expected, our Butler Thomson speaks both English and Mandarin, and he is so nice and polite. The villa we stayed in was awesome, the best part was the birthday celebration they prepared for my friend, it was so surprising. The infinity pool is awesome, nice view and great hygiene. Btw, they provide a lot of activities, we were actually missing out a lot of funs, please prepare enough time to stay inside the hotel😛

Wonderful stay, great villa resort with a beautifully landscaped green "oasis" - very fine cuisine at Rumari - a must for the tasting menu (Rumari is a culinary journey at the highest level & with a wonderful storytelling) and incredibly great staff!!! We would like to mention our fantastic and incredible butler Aditya, the amazing & great Bagus and the very polite and professional Nick 🚀🚀🚀 ... and without exception all the staff were professional, warm and all of them read our wishes from our lips! A big shout out to my best hosts Thomson and Julian who have taken great care of us by making great daily schedule and organising everything before we asked. The hotel has an amazing view over the valley and the beach. Service and food is excellent! We chose the honeymoon diner over the beach in a pavilion. The experience was amazing. The butler service is incredible great. We felt at home! The hotel’s concept is connect human beings to the natural.
