Saya suka semuanya di raffles, staff ramah, cuma butler pertama sy merasa sedikit direndahkan dan itu kali pertama saya merasa direndahkan oleh staff resort , sy sudah terbiasa ke resort mewah di indonesia , tp baru kali ini sy merasa tdk sreg, walaupun dia sudah minta maaf, tp tetap kesan awal sgt tdk mengenakkan, semoga ke depannya tdk ada kejadiaan serupa, staff lainnya luar biasa. Makanannya the best di banding resort serupa lainnya. Terima kasih

Pemandangan yg Indah dan service yang baik. Agak sedikit terganggu karna ada pembangunan di sebelah Villa.
