Such an amazing stay. One of the best services we've ever experienced. Everyone were so lovely and attended to our needs very well. Our butler, Krishna, gave us a great service and fast responds to all of our requests. Thank you so much, Raffles Bali. Can't wait for an opportunity to stay with you again.

We were at Raffles Bali in early November. And I can detail why my husband and I were delighted with the hotel. Let's start with the incredibly hospitable staff that greeted us at check-in. Not just polite and courteous, but warm and caring! We immediately relaxed and decided to stay the evening at the hotel, canceling our plans. Our butler, Gabi, had thoughtfully booked us a last slot in the spa as well as a table for dinner at the hotel restaurant. The villa was ready for our check-in, with warm tea and snacks standing by. My husband and I had been to spas at various hotels and spas both in Bali and in other countries, but it was only after a massage at Raffles Bali that he said it would be a good idea to buy a subscription at home for regular visits. He was very happy with the way his wishes were taken into account and the recommendations made. I was also satisfied and relaxed after the massage. Be sure to go together if you are not traveling alone: there will be someone to share your delights with! The set-menu dinner the same night was beyond excellent. We were even able to thank the chef personally, and had a very casual conversation with our waiter. He explained a lot about the local products and cuisine, explaining each dish. There was also some light interactivity, so my husband and I felt like we were on a date without being bored at all. The icing on the cake was our breakfast. The breakfast menu was extensive, so no one would go hungry. But by the time we arrived, we were greeted by our own waiter, Dika, who informed us that the chef had prepared the Bakso for us. This is the national meatball soup, and I mentioned at dinner that I wouldn't have time to try it before my flight out. It was incredibly pleasant! Regarding the villa I have no comments. It was simply immaculate. I noted for myself that all the villas are in the same design and layout, so if you come with family, there's no extra reason to argue except for their location. The pools at the villas are also larger than at the neighboring Four Seasons. The hotel was almost 100% full on the days we stayed, with surprisingly quiet and peacefulness. At dinner we saw 3-4 tables occupied, at breakfast even less. It feels like you are away from the Balinese hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The beach is quite small, but hidden from prying eyes, which is a great rarity for Bali. It is perfect for a romantic dinner or barbecue with a small group. For those who prefer to swim in the ocean: the beach is sandy and the entrance to the water is smooth. This is one of the best hotels in my memory for both demanding guests and those who just want to relax in comfort and with the best possible facilities. Thank you to the whole team at Raffles Bali, we would love to come back to you again if possible!

Shoutout to Yudi and Julian, they were amazing! Yudi assist us for the photoshoot at the villa. All the staff are well trained! Thank you for the exceptional service ! The steak from loloan restaurant was perfect and tasty. Really enjoy our stay at Raffles.

Our stay at Raffles Bali was incredible. The service is outstanding and the staffs are all so nice and friendly. Special thanks to our butler, Thomson, who took good care of us during our stay. He offered to book me an aquatic yoga class knowing that I’m interested in yoga and always sent us the itinerary for the next day making sure we wouldn’t miss any. We were here for our honeymoon trip and booked the Purnama Honeymoon dinner. The set up in both our room and Purnama were amazing. We have also booked a few classes including JAMU class and cocktail class. The staffs were really nice and shared about the history and origin of the drinks. Ikhsan, our instructor for JAMU class, even prepared recipe for us. We also participated in the botanical tour. Our guide, 麗慧 is a very sweet girl. Knowing that we are from HK, she wrote us a letter in Chinese to welcome us. The food in Raffles Bali was also wonderful. The dinning experience was unforgettable. We had our dinner at Rumari. Dika shared a lot about the meaning of Rumari as well as the food philosophy of the restaurant. Last but not least, the Balinese massage was amazing.
