Beautiful hotel the gardens are amazing and the pool just beautiful- the breakfast is fabulous all you could want we ate many times in the resort and it was all impressive - in a good location quiet and safe area the surrounding streets were well kept and security We stayed in a 2 bed villa unit dark wood but all amenities present and Clean

Very dated accommodation

We stayed here for 6 nights. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults and the size was more than adequate. The balcony was very decent size too. The accommodation is very Dark and dated. The room had a musty smell about it. We was in room 5305 and was on the 3rd floor. The grounds of the accommodation is beautiful and it was a pleasure walking round. Breakfast was plentiful and the fruit was Devine. The pool was very nice and plenty of beds and towels. One thing that I will mention is that the pool has a hand rail to get in and out of the pool, but the last step is very high from the floor. If you are elderly or infirm then you will have difficulty. The hotel offers regular buses to/from the beach and Bali collection. The hotel offers a laundry service with I thought was really expensive. We used Bali Laundry and it was 40K per KG on the express service and I got the washing back dried and ironed in 5 hours. The hotel also offers a spa service too, however I went to Kristies salon 5 mins down the road and it was great. The area of the hotel was also very good. I would stay here again if it gets updated.

Definitely not a 5 star resort

Unpleasant experience started when our room wasn't ready at 2pm as advertised as we were very tired after a long journey.. Our child slipped backwards and hit his head on the concrete tiles next to the pool area in the bar while walking, these are very slippery when wet and shouldn't be even close to the pool area.. Our 2 bedroom suite was very tired and in need of a complete reno, all tiles discoloured, taps and fixings seen better days, furniture and decor very outdated. Kitchen had no bowls and never enough coffee sachets, sometimes none at all, so had to ring up reception. Linen and towels very stiff and rough. Mattresses uncomfortably too firm. Breakfast was very very bland. We've stayed in 3 star resort previously and it was much much better than this, and here we paid $400 per night... Staff were all lovely and friendly, kids club was very good. But unfortunatelly we won't be coming back as this hotel is sadly far from 5 stars... :(
