Property ini seakan menjadi rumah kedua kami. tempat yang tepat dan nyaman untuk menghabiskan liburan. Thanks unutk Fenny, atas keramahan dan pelayanan prima nya, sangat luar biasa. Terimakasih juga untuk Chef Wiwin yang telah menjadikan romantic dinner ini menjadi kenangan yang tak terlupakan lagi. Highly appreciate untuk keramahan team Square restaurant dan Beach Bar, kalian luar biasa seperti biasanya!. catatan sedikit, pak Irwanto Ade, kedepan belajar lebih baik dalam membuat email ya. Kata "harus" terkesan kurang ramah dalam industri hospitality. Kepada Grace, kepercayaan itu muncul dari tindakan, ketulusan akan lebih baik daripada sekedar SOP dan berbasa basi.

1. The door key card broke down every day, so I had to go to the reception several times to fix it. 2.The food does not suit Korean taste and is mainly catered to Western guests. 3. When taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor gets wet, and the water even flows to the bed area, causing the children to slip. 4. The kids' club does not offer many classes, and most programs require extra payment but the quality is poor. 5. Pool towels are no longer available after 3 PM, so we could not use them

The hotel was nice…15 years ago. They still don't have Smart TVs, the amenities were not explained upon check-in, there was no information regarding the "eco-friendly" missing amenities in the bathroom (e.g. toothbrush), the wooden floor panels were no longer level (hazardous), old water stains in the bathroom, telephone in my room had a broken microphone input, towels old, WiFi slow, TV remote in my living room did not work, and balcony chairs had cigarette holes in them. Furthermore, my room was 2 hours late. Check-in is at 2pm, I came at 3:10 pm got in my room at 3:55pm. The receptionist just pointed me to the bar with half-assed directions. I asked the guy working on the grass and he pointed me to the wrong direction. I waited 45 minutes and I was yet to be picked up, went to the receptionist with a WhatsApp message saying they "couldn't find me" (Novotel can check that I was in fact at the bar and made a purchase of a beer at roughly 3:20pm). I expressed my disappointment at the delayed check-in and was not offered any sort of compensation, explanation, just "sorry sir sorry sir". The next morning, I was awoken by the Housekeeping (which is quite normal) as l had not put a DnD, but when I opened the door, I told them to please come back later, they asked when, I just said not sure but later, he insisted I gave a time. Why not let Guest Services ask me through the phone at a later time? The stay was alright, but nothing special to make this hotel 5-star worthy. When I left my room to checkout, I stayed at the bar waiting to head to the airport. I ordered Potato Wedges and 2 Cokes, the Cokes came swiftly but the Wedges took 28 minutes...Potato Wedges. Additionally, as I was waiting in the lobby, a staff approached me to strike a conversation, I can appreciate that. But, his hands were in his pocket, body language as it he were talking to his friend, not fitting of a 5 star establishment. Novotel needs to realize that this is no longer 2010 and that so much has changed. They need to upgrade their facilities, amenities, and start anticipating guest needs. If you’re not investing in renovations, get housekeeping some help, train your staff, and maintain your property well. Otherwise, what are you doing?

Kamar sangat luas dan nyaman. Area parkir meskipun kecil tapi selalu tersedia space, karena saya menyewa mobil. Kolam renang sangat bersih, dengan kedalaman yang bersahabat untuk dewasa dan anak-anak. Staff hotel ramah, dan menyediakan golf-cart, sangat memudahkan untuk orang tua, karena area hotel luas. Disediakan payung di lobby dan di kamar, pas cuaca hujan romantis. Ada playgound juga untuk anak-anak. Breakfast juga enak, namun mungkin bisa lebih divariasi. Hotel yang sangat menyenangkan.

Ac kamar panas, setiap malam saya harus telpon engineer untuk di bantu urus, sendal hotel 1-10=2 jelek sekali sendal hotelnya, anyamannya lepas semua dan lengket ke kaki, better sendal hotel mercure nusa dua, lebih layak pakai. Wifi sinyal di kamar lemah, tapi masih cukup untuk di gunakan chatting, untuk kebutuhan bisnis agak selow.
