Also, thanks to Lorensia for making us feel so welcome and remembering us by name from day one. Another wonderful stay, great room, amazing staff, from the superstar chefs Wewin, Kadek and Ratna, first class cooking at its best. Fantastic restaurant team lead by Darmawan , Rai, Desak, Krishna, Tini, Dui ,Sri, Punna, Satya, Deni,Avantari apologies if any staff missed, In balance spa treatments were first class, special thanks to Rai, June and Krishna Special thank you for papa Sukadana for organizing the beautiful flowers during our stay. Also thank you to Yulita and Gia from the AVC for looking after us, We will be returning in Feb and cant wait to see you all , as it feels like our second home.

We had a generally pleasant stay at Novotel Bali — the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The reservation team was not available, and the duty supervisor could not help when there were problems with room allocation. Our family wanted to stay together, but the rooms were already taken, and we were initially asked to pay extra. After insisting, we were only able to get rooms on a different floor in the same building. We were not impressed with the reservation process or room allocation. Additionally, there was a problem with payment via our travel agent and miscommunications that the hotel refused to clarify with Booking.com, leaving us to resolve it ourselves. Phone access for international calls was very limited. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and while a buggy is available, it can take time. The nearby area appears to be owned by another hotel, and their beachfront is not very impressive. While the hotel staff were professional and helpful, these issues with reservations, room allocation, and communication made the stay more stressful than it should have been.

Great location 10 mins to beach or shuttle very easy, plenty of comfy lounges and beach resteraunt with beach service. Rooms were fabulous we stayed in king suite which was huge. Lush toiletries and hot or cold filtered water available. Staff were absolutely first class big shout to Indah wahyan and puja.

Great family resort. Excellent buffet breakfast. Lovely rooms with everything you need. Staff were accommodating and the gardens are very well kept. They made me feel very special for my birthday and wedding anniversary.
