Good location close to Jimbaran Muaya Beach. The facilities are really suitable for families with children. Barong dance, Kids Club, Chocolate Hour and the swimming pool.Breakfast was good and the Staff is exceptional. Wira D took care of our Suite perfectly. The only minus is Semasta shopping area. Not like before. Many empty spaces. Overall great stay. Thank you.

Unplanned stay due to Volcano eruption, look forward to returning with Friends & Family for a holiday. Highly recommend.

Stranded due to volcano eruption & had to find accommodation quickly. Found on Accor app. Red room special. Brilliant. Great location, friendly staff, well set out. Food options many. Quality fantastic. Pools, small walk to beach or buggy takes you. Very family friendly, kids club. Room spacious. Clean. Modern. First time staying in Jimbaran Bay. Quality & great price. Will return for holiday for sure. Housekeeping staff member Made Sanjaya was exceptional. Friendly, nothing too much trouble, welcome note, then after cleaning room each day would leave a note to have a great day with his towel designs left on your bed. If he seen you in the corridor always asked if you needed anything. Look forward to returning with friends & enjoying a night at Adriana - it looks amazing. Thank you for accommodating me at such short notice. Highly recommend the Movenpick which caters for all.

Perfect hotel for a first time Bali family stay

We just returned home from our first trip to Bali and to the Mövenpick Jimbaran Bay. We were so sad to leave this beautiful hotel and the loveliest staff. The food is amazing, in particular the plentiful breakfast and we enjoyed the rooftop bar and surrounding restaurants We particularly liked the quieter neighbourhood, family friendly vibe, giant pool and the shopping village next door. The location is perfect for a quiet little family like ours (daughter 12yrs) experiencing Bali for the first time and not wanting to be overwhelmed. The duplex room was perfect 👌 I honestly can’t fault it and we’ll absolutely be back again to explore further. I’d love to acknowledge beautiful staff members Heny, Soma, Natalia, Reni and Mahesa who made our stay so special. But honestly, this whole hotel is full of exceptional staff who are so kind. If it’s your first Bali visit and you’re looking at a gentle family experience, definitely give it a try.

It was an amazing trip to Bali Movenpick Jimbaran. I had an excellent time with the whole family and the abundance of services and facilities to use, from the variety at buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at the different restaurants. We really enjoyed the spa resort with the massage services, facial and reflexology provided by the team with Artini, Sri, Natalie, Nike and Dinari, plus many more. I also enjoyed the photo shoot provided by Dreams Studio Bali, with pur photographer Damar and hosts Rissa and Mary. It was an exceptional experience and the kids had so much fun. Our evening check in and check out was made comfortable with Iqbal and a smooth, seamless process, made easy. Also, the guidance and information provided by the concierge, Arya for sightseeing was very helpful to plan our short stay. Thank you Mövenpick Jimbaran Spa & Resort, we will back soon, especially for chocolate hour!!!

I had a wonderful relaxing facial with the beautiful Artini. She was lovely and caring and my skin looks and feels amazing. The products are exceptional and the welcome drink and cold towel plus ginger tea afterwards were lovely touches. Made me feel special. Would highly recommend booking a treatment! Loved it!
