Semua pelayanan yang diberikan sangat maksimal. Hotel ini sangat bagus untuk Family Holiday. Tempatnya luas dan fasilitasnya sangat menunjang. Memberikan ketenangan dan keamanan yang baik. Untuk pekerjaan sangat disayangkan belum bisa menikmati fasilitasnya secara penuh. Makanan yang disajikan juga enak-enak.

Saya menggunakan fasilitas stayplus Accor dan dari awal reservasi setelah reservasi saya sdh call bag reservasi minta non smoking, upgrade member gold dan bag reservasi sdh jelaskan malam pertama nggak bisa pakai voucher free breakfast krn kamar free stay plus, malam kedua bisa menggunakan voucher free breakfast dan discount member. Pengalaman buruknya saya sampai di hotel jam 14 kamar belum ready. Sampai jam 15 nggak ada kabar. Setelah komplain dan marah ke reception baru jam 15:30 dpt kamar. Pengalaman buruk ke dua saat mau breakfast hari kedua ,saat mau menggunakan voucher free breakfast ditolak oleh petugas pendaftaran krn stayplus. Saya langsung marah krn saat check in pun bag reception sdh info malam kedua bisa menggunakan voucher. Tapi kenyataannya ditolak. Saya marah dan akhirnya duty manager minta maaf atas kesalahan staffnya. Ini kelihatan tidak profesional.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, dengan fasilitas yang nyaman dan menyenangkan. Saya juga sangat menyukai perlengkapan seperti sikat gigi dan sisir yang menggunakan bahan kayu. Sebagai saran, terkait air mineral yang disediakan, saya mengalami sedikit kesulitan saat membuka botol hingga menyebabkan jari saya terluka. Terutama karena saya menginap sendiri, sehingga membutuhkan tenaga lebih saat membuka botol di pagi hari. Mungkin ke depannya dapat dipertimbangkan penggunaan botol yang lebih mudah dibuka, atau menyediakan alternatif seperti air mineral isi ulang maupun galon air di koridor hotel untuk kenyamanan tamu.
