The staff were all super lovely & helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. We were also able to check-in early. I also had a birthday while staying with them, which we didn’t mention, however they must have got this date from my passport & did up my room while we were at breakfast - super thoughtful & made the day even more special. When our flight was cancelled Heny organised a late checkout, driver for the airport & the hospitality room that we could use to freshen up in prior to our new flight time.

We had one of the most memorable stay in our life ever at Movenpick Jimbaran. We stayed for 3 nights and since our arrival we were greeted warmly by the receptionist Nadia. Check in was so smooth and received a welcome drinks. During our stay we participate yoga classes at 8am and our instructor name yoga and sastra was really amazing and helpful. We went 3 days in a row! All the staffs was super friendly and kind including the housekeeping and even the security. Swimming pool was really good and fun with free activities like water aerobic. Everyone there in the hotel was friendly and helpful. Hadi and Nadia from AVC was super attentive to us and always offer service for us. The room we stayed at Junior suite was very clean and large. In room dining service was amazing. One of the best nasi goreng we ever had. We cant wait to visit again on our next Bali holiday! We been to many hotels around the world and Movenpick truly sticks and standouts. Thank you so much team Movenpick again for making our holiday a super memorable one😊❤️.

FANTASTIC SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY AND NICE RESORT

The resort is pretty huge & it is suitable for family & children. For couples who want privacy & quietness, this resort may not be ideal as many children are around & pretty noisy when they are playing in the pools with the water floats & slides. However, the hospitality of the staff is superb. We arrived at the resort almost 2am early morning & the hotel manager on night duty was very helpful together with the hotel receptionist. Due to high demand, they were unable to upgrade our room but they offered a complimentary dinner to make up for it. We were surprised & accepted the kind guesture from the hotel manager. He also helped us to extend our check out timeas our flight was at night 9:35pm. Hence, we could stay in the resport & enjoyed the facilities for extra hours. The room is pretty big & it is clean although the furniture may be a bit dated. The bed is quite comfortable & we had a good sleep. Initially we had problems with a loosen shower holder & the choking of water in the water basin. But these were recified immediately by the techicians after I called the housekeeping department the following day. They fixed the shower holder & the flow of water clearing from the water basin was smooth & faster. This is efficient & they act on it immediately. Good job! The resort does not have their own private beach & is shared with another resort next to it. Hence, we had to walk about 5 minutes to the beach from the resort. The resort will supply a recycle bag to put the beach towel to bring along at the resort before we exit out to the beach. The resort offers complimentary chocolate hour daily from 4pm to 5pm for all the hotel guests. This is very nice as there are free chocolate fondue, some fruits, desserts, pastries, candy floss & popcorns. The breakfast is not fantastic though. I rate it as 5/10. The spa offers a very good ambience for massage. The rooms are clean & big. Next to the resort is a lifestyle village where there are some restaurants, kiosks & shops. So it is very convenient. I will come back to stay again if I come to Jimbaran.
