Secara overall pengalaman menginap di Movenpick sangat luar biasa. Kali ini adalah kunjungan kami yang kesekian kalinya. Kami selalu puas dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh Movenpick. Namun di kunjungan kami yang terakhir ini ada beberapa hal yang bisa menjadi masukkan bagi Movenpick management. 1. Di hari ulang tahun anak saya, kami dijanjikan ada ada dekor diruangan (include wall decoration dan compliment cake), namun ketika kami kembali ke kamar, wall decoration dan compliment cake tidak diberikan, hanya ada hiasan dari handuk dengan cake yang kami beli sendiri di movenpick cafe. bukan terkait hal besar namun lebih kepada janji yang sudah diberikan dan tidak terjadi. 2. sedikit masukkan berikutnya, ucapan selamat datang di TV tertulis welcome <nama orang lain> bukan nama kami, apakah lupa di set ? dan juga biasanya ada welcome greetings namun kali ini di susulkan ketika kami sudah beristirahat.
