karena adanya dengungan suara generator malam pertama, saya laporkan ke front office laki2 pagi nya saya minta eskalasikan ke atasan kamu, mau diapain terserah, dia berjanji akan hubungi saya via wa, karena saya harus jalan2 lagi sampai malam, malam nya saya ke front office lagi dgn org yg sama pertama kali saya check in, dan tidak ada wa dan perbaikan atau memberikan pilihan lain, menganggap tdk terjadi apa2, saya kembali ke kamar gw marah, dan masih terdengar dengungan generator dan saya putuskan tidak bermalam di kamar hotel, hanya teman saya saja dikamar, lalu saya bermalam di minimart br kelan, bs di cek cctv kalian saya masuk jam berapa keluar dr hotel jam berapanya, dan saya kembali ke hotel pagi2 nya. sangat disayangkan kejadian ini, hotel sekelas movinpic tdk bs koordinasi, hanya wa dr bpk rain duty manager, krn dpt info dari petugas front office ketika saya check out.

waktu awal check in nunggu lama banget koper2 nya dianterin ke kamar, akhirnya balik lagi ke lobby buat ngambil sendiri. Yang bikin happy waktu masuk kamar dapet complimentary cake dan itu enak.Waktu mau check out minta room service bawakan koper ke lobby tapi lama banget ga dateng2. Agak kesel sih tapui yaudah mungkin karena lagi high season. Ambil package nyepi selama 3 hari 2 malam di movenpick overall cukup memuaskan.
