Proses check-in yang merupakan kesan utama mereka lewatkan, proses lama dengan ketidakpastian dan masih membuat menunggu untuk penyiapan kamar adalah hal yang sangat buruk. Padahal sebelumnya telah berkoordinasi melalui email pra kedatangan terkait preferensi dan jam kedatangan. Setelah itu semua akan terlihat buruk dan tidak menyenangkan, kecuali sambutan hangat melalui tulisan oleh Mr Jan.

Tidak menyenangkan untuk di area kids corner, mohon untuk pegawai yg berada di kids corner juga lebih sopan dan tidak mengutamakan utk orang asing Lalu sblmnya sdh check in online, tp saat datang diinfokan bahwa kamar sesuai yg di req di lt bawah tdk tersedia dan akan digantikan di lt 2 tetapi saat sy menginfokan bahwa sy reservasi mmg memilih room di area pool baru dicekkan dan tersedia di lt 1
