Bali was absolutely wonderful and truly family-friendly from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us with such warmth and genuine smiles that made us feel right at home. A special mention to Aric from the pool restaurant he was amazing! Always so cheerful, helpful, and ready for a friendly chat, he really made our poolside experience extra special. It’s staff like him who make a big difference in a holiday experience. The Kids Club was a huge hit with our little ones! The space is bright, fun, and full of engaging activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. The educators are so kind and attentive, and they make every child feel special. A big shout-out to Rini, who went above and beyond every single day. Her care, warmth, and attention made us feel so comfortable leaving our children with her, we knew they were in safe and happy hands. We also treated ourselves to some relaxation at the day spa, and it was simply incredible. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious. We can’t wait to return, thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable! 🌺
