Nyaman banget kalau bawa anak2 kesini, semua fasilitas & acara nya banyak untuk keluarga, gausah keluar resort karena apa aja ada. Setiap sore juga ada chocolate hours, ngebantu banget buat supaya ga bosen. Kalau makan bisa langsung ke samasta juga. Service staff jg ramah & helpful, cuma mungkin saran yang bisa dibenerin, saya nginep di family duplex room. Mungkin kamar ini jarang dipakai, sehingga beberapa bagian tidak terawat, contoh nya washtafel yg rusak, lampu remang-remang dan bagian kayu / plafon retak. Kemudian pagar pintu buat tangga juga tidak pas, sehingga tidak bisa taroh anak disitu, kemudian gambar / lukisan beberapa kamar ada yg terkesan jadi seram kalau untuk anak2 (contoh : badut). Beberapa kayu lemari untuk tutupan chiller juga banyak yang rusak. Semoga hal-hal seperti ini diperbaiki, supaya lebih aman untuk anak-anak & next nya mau balik lagi juga kalau memang kualitas kamar nya di jaga dengan baik. Terima kasih
