Kamar nya di 328 bau apek, terlihat juga kurang perawatan,tetapi yg lain sudah oke termasuk pelayanan

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful, bigthanks for ms reya she’s very understand what we need, sorry to bother you with a ton of questions. the breakfast was good, beautiful gardens, they have a free suttle going to their private beach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting bali. thank you mercurebali

Hotel cukup bagus ada terasnya tp saklar lampu di kamar tdk terintegrasi shg utk mematikan/menyalakan lampu perlu bbrp kali turn on/off
