My go to hotel in Bali - a fabulous location close to some of the best shopping, dining and bars in the Kuta area… Not to mention the beach is directly opposite and the suites are extremely comfortable with great amenities and fantastic air con which is so necessary this time of year! Putu gave me a wonderful reception and warm welcome back as did all the staff both old and new… I could almost smell my own coffee being prepared as I took the lift to the fabulous breakfast buffet where Nita & Anita were so on the call they seemed to anticipate my arrival…. Wonderful service from these two ladies and all the wonderful staff who went out of their way to welcome me. The rooftop pool has an amazing view out over the ocean and is a fabulous place to enjoy sunset… Already booked my next stay and can’t wait to enjoy this excellent hotel once again with my wife and daughter next time who love the rooms with the pool (different pool) access :-)

Heritage is my first stop when we arrived in Bali . Staff are helpful and so kind . Room also quiet even the view facing to lobby but doesn't matter we just stay for a night. We'll come back and try to stay at the plunge pool room :) Thank you Heritage Team!

Do not understand why they would give a kettle in the room but no beverage sachets? Water provided is like 2 glasses and not enough for a 24 hour stay. Definitely not a 5 star with these basics missing. The entrance is misleading as the reception is on the 1st floor .with a small lift on the side and then a long walk to the reception and lifts.The pictures are misleading and one must not book based on the pictures like I did. Max it could be a 3star ..Not too happy with the overall impression.

Lovely staffs Surya, Anita and Indra. I actually only passing by around lunch time. The security at the entrance telling me that I can come up to have a drink and watching the beautiful sunset which made me come back to here watching the beautiful sunsets

Bit dated. Had heritage suite. Roomy, lovely view and comfy bed. Breakfast great. Food in restaurant absolutely delicious. Red chicken curry and husband had Soto ayam. Queen Miguella cocktail gorgeous. Top meal in lovely setting with beautiful view. Staff Anita, Surya and Indra absolutely fantastic, friendly and responsive. Very pleased all round
