Great place to stay if it's Kuta you want. Very comfortable rooms, excellent beds. We've stayed here many times and have been without hot water, so that was not good. Not even warm water, and they had to move us which is a pain. But the breakfast is sensational. The roof top pool is amazing and the restaurant is really good too

We loved the location, right across from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the pool was beautiful and quiet. The rooms were clean and the staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond. It isn’t 5 star but for a cheaper holiday it was perfect and had all we needed. Special mention to Linda, Suardi and Puspa for their kind hearts and hospitality (and outsourcing skinny milk for us coffee snobs). I would stay here again in the future! Also… the most amazing sunsets to be seen 🌅 Thank you 🙏

It was very bad experience the location was good but it was dirty the sheets had very bad smells the The hotel corridors were dirty and full of stagnant water The breakfast was nice We found lizard in our room The staff was good and friendly But The level of cleanliness was very disappointing

Overall is good. One thing to consider is that the pictures in both the application and website showed that the room type I stayed in had a bathtub, but my actual room did not. The bathtub was available in a smaller, less expensive room type. Although the staff were helpful and attempted to accommodate me, it would be beneficial for the hotel to ensure that the information and photos on their website and application accurately reflect the actual room features.
