Novotel Bali Benoa bintang 5

We had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Benoa Bali for 15 wonderful nights in a Tropical, 1 King Bed, Beach Wing. The room was spacious clean, well serviced, good air con, with a very comfortable King Bed. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable, and a memorable holiday. There was always a great variety of food, well presented, to cater for all diets and tastes. Pools were always well maintained, with fresh towels available. Overall a great resort, that we would thoroughly recommend, and look forward to returning too in the near future. Graeme & Joan.

Kamar sangat nyaman, Sarapan juga enak

As a Platinum Accor member I stayed 7 nights. I was initially disappointed with the room, advertised at 42m2, but my room was 28m2. However the room was nice and comfy and everything worked. Unfortunately for the first 3 days I had a family with 4 screaming kids next door, they screamed all day and throughout the night. I specifically asked not to be near kids at check in. Front desk apologised each day but not much they could do. You can also hear people in the next room talking normally so it can be very noisy. Internet, including so called high speed was very slow with constant dropouts. Speeds were usually 1 to 3 Mbps with many lengthy dropouts. Breakfast was average most days. Dinner was buffet style and very expensive as were drinks. Like most of Bali, the staff are excellent. I have stayed in nicer areas at hotels just as nice without the problems for much less so I wouldn’t stay here again.

As returned quests as a middle aged couple ,I was not impressed . I was thinking the pool and resort have been re done..Poolis nice and over looking the beach but very small and a little crowded ,garden view pool is also a little small but more quiet. Breakfast I was not impressed about. Lunch not to bad ( had much better) Dinner didn't bother as there are many restaurants near by ,all very good. Staff are very helpful and so nice. Rooms a little outdated but clean. Compared to other resorts I have stayed and down the beach from here ,they look much better as we like the area because it's quiet I will be staying somewhere else next time as for me I was not impressed ( apart from the staff,which as I said were amazing).. I think if you know and have an expectation then you will be disappointed if not then I'd say you would like it.

Komang..Parwati...Nanda. and NOT TO MENTION the OTHER staff at the Novotel Benoa went above and beyond to accomadate and make this trip really a memorable one.it was my partners 50th they were absolutely brilliant and SOOO attentive to anything that we requested or asked. WE LOVE YOU GUYS , BALINESSE PEOPLE ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!! WE WILL BE BACK TO THE NOVOTEL!!!!!! P S SORRY FOR THE LATR REVIEW GUYS MARTHA & JASON SPITERI 20 OUT OF 10.
