The staff were welcoming and check in was quick and easy. The hotel room was clean and as expected. The restaurant was also very decent. Was a little disappointed that you have to pay extra to park in the hotel car park.

Friendly staff, clean hotel but the rooms were very spartan and cold. Bare concrete and laminate floor made for a harsh unfriendly experience. Bathroom is very stark too, white tiles with dark grout and cold white light. I would stay there again if I ever got booked in but don't expect a warm cuddly embrace in the room! Food was great, bar staff personable, that was a high point

Always pleasant and helpful.

Like a lot of people, I'm down hear working. I am retiring at the end of February, nice to finish in comfort. After 50 years.

My stay was a stop over whilst traveling to Minehead. The hotel is located close to the M5 and there are some petrol stations and food places nearby but the restaurant is the best for food. Fast and friendly check in. Rooms were a really good size, there were 4 of us and we got connecting rooms. The beds were really comfy and the shower was amazing! Downside was our rooms were located on the side of the hotel next to the dual carriageway which made for a slightly noisy night. Also there were very limited channels on the TV, and some were not correct, this might just be a case of the tvs needing to be returned. Overall a good place for a quick stop over.

From the moment we arrived the friendly efficiency of the staff made our overnight stay enjoyable. The weather was vile, a raging storm, but inside all was warm and calm. We enjoyed a very pleasant evening meal at a reasonable price and my little dog was treated like a king.
