Room was dirty. There were bugs in the ceiling and on the window plate, hair on the sheets. Shower smelled. It was very hard try to sleep because someones poorly raised children were running in the corridors in the middle of the night and knocked other visitors doors, every night... Breakfast very basic, toast, croissants, Coffee, tea, some fruits.

Only two pillows available; asked at reception desk for 2 more pillows and it seemed to of been an absolute task for some more, they didn’t have anymore but no apologies nothing just a grunt that there wasn’t anymore. Had to bump our pillows up with clothing wasn’t acceptable at all Toilet and shower room claustrophobic Only 2 plug sockets available had to go and buy an extension cable from the shop across the street. The reception staff need a course on customer service. No kettle or anything in the room; No hairdryer; Room serviced everyday but just the same towels been put back on the bed. Even though they were in the shower I get it’s a budget hotel but seriously?! Manners and customer service skills cost nothing!!!

Lift broken, small lights not working in room. Air conditioner not working. Only 1 pillow on beds, and not comfortable at all. Key cards not working properly. £8 for extremely dissapointing breakfast selection. Parking on site is a pre-book system but that's not stated when booking a room. Not a great stay.

We got to the room and went into the bathroom and looked at the towel and there was two massive stains on the towel, not sure what it was but it was disgusting
