Room was old and dirty. Bathroom smelled. Very noisy on a Saturday night. Breakfast not great

Rather difficult to find to be honest Staff: wonderful and helpful Rooms: pity windows can not open. Not my thing to sleep/work under air conditioned circumstances. Very good shower. Good quality sleep in bed Internet: could work, including videocalls, very well Spa/fitness: very good sauna, limited fitness without view. Breakfast: very good Bar/restaurant: food was of good quality and tasty. Would definitely return!!!

I was tempted to request to change the room, but it was late and i did fall asleep (I listened to a pod cast, to avoid listening to the white noise in the bedroom. It sounded like a light system transformer buzz. It was outside of the bathroom, near the room door, & inside the room.

restaurant and reception area was ok, room and breakfast area was not to the standard i am used to as member. we found tv not working and where not informed the staff told us that it like that. also the coffee area in the room was extremely dirty.. we took a superior room for 2 people and the sofa was made to a bed??

Renovation and not ready for hosting guests almost

I have booked my stay online and paid for my stay and unfortunately when I got to the hotel and checked in, I realized that they are still on renovation works and no TV signal was there! I asked to check me out to go to another hotel and the staff where more than friendly and helpful to assist with that. It’s a pity as I am ALL meme er and would always like to stay here when I’m in Antwerp. Well until July.

The hotel is located south of Antwerp city, accessible by road, bus and tram. Hotel is conveniently situated just off the freeways and enjoys a very quiet location. The hotel has been remodelled since my last visit and has improved the coffee shop/bar area. The staff were excellent as usual, the room spacious and spotlessly clean.

I loved this hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient (from the reception to the restaurant and not forgetting the cleaning lady). We had a problem with noise in the room next door (loud music at 1am...). I called the reception, the problem was solved in less than 10 minutes!

Great check in experience, very helpful receptionist. Room was extremely comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable Breakfast had a great selection Dined in Brassiere and the food was excellent

The previous customer(s) apparently smoked in the bathroom. This smell is anchored in the bathroom and of course the cigarette smoke is also smelled in the bedroom. Bad feeling. Maybe you should put a smoke detector in the rooms+bathrooms so customers don't smoke. Bad experience to get stuck in this smell in this room while coming back to the hotel room to relax.

The overall experience is satisfactory although it is pretty obvious the hotel needs refurbishments. The refurbishment of the lobby is a good start. I wish the rooms (and especially the bathrooms) will receive an upgrade/attention to be ready for the future.

Bad nights of sleep due to the temperature of the rooms even with the AC switch off. Complained about it, but they could not help me as the system was switch to warm due to the cold weather. They gave me a fan, but overal have not had a single night of good sleep. Also I ordered a baby bed with my booking but did not get it. Asked.the receptionist( Dutch guy) and he would check and come back to me. Unforunately he did not come back with any info. The bathroom light of room 725 was not working well, complained about it and the technician would have a look, but also did not happen.

The hotel was very nice and the room also. Bathroom was clean as I expected. The breakfast in the morning was o.k. What I miss was the normal big selection before the corona.The hotel is very close to the motorway what is also very good.
