The worst experience in Istanbul. Rubbish room, poor quality, bad service , awful furniture , very dirty and very old decoration. It is my 7th stay here and now it’s the worst experience ever. We will not come more. We do not recommend this hotel

مجهول المسافرون بغاية العمل - تقييمات مؤكدة لفندق ALL

كل شيء ممتاز الا الاكل والمناشف مستهلك ولها رائحة كريهة وإزعاج في الممرات من الصباح الباكر وكلوب مليسيم اسوء شي ممكن تجربه في حياتك اكثر من عشرة ايام كل يوم بيتزا وفي بعض الايام يكون الاكل مخلص والمشروبات ساخنة

Rude staff and horrible stay

It was worst stay due to attitude of staff, we faced many issues were not sorted out although we addressed to management: - do not disturb was on, however housekeeper accessed room without ringing doorbell. - we faced horrible situation over at 4:00AM in our last day stay, fire alarm on in our floor due to one of staff was cooking and he burnt food. Hotel receptionists staff during that shift deal with this situation in very careless and rude way. One of guest called tourism police where she was pregnant , while another guest an old woman she had a heart surgery next day and she should slept for 9hrs to be able to do it.

Great Hotel with very good Front Office service. At the entrace a welcome insert for guests with an individual dedication. Room upgrade for returning guests. The value for money is unbetable. Highly recommend especially if you would like to stay in the heart of city.

This property is a real gem. The rooms were really spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff was overall very friendly and helpful. Although we had booked to stay there for 5 night but we extended it to 7 because we thought why spoil such a great experience of Istanbul. They have a nice terrace restaurant where you can enjoy an afternoon or evening drinks. We also discovered their very happening restaurant Nomads at the rooftop. They have two pools. One on the rooftop overlooking Taksim square which is open till 6 pm and one at the basement which is open till 10pm. The only tiny downside i felt was the gym size of this property. If 3 people are working out here the place seems to be crowded. But i guess its just a personal preference. Overall I would still stay here again because of the location, comfort and warmth that the team has to offer.
