The hotel is excellent, the views are beautiful, very clean. Very good menu and the service is very nice. Thank you very much to one of the waiters Ali for his excellent work. This is my second time at this hotel and I haven't noticed any negatives

The best hotel in Istanbul Very special team in the reception especially Zynab. And also Gamze and Ali bey in Lounge 17th floor You can be safe with the great security team in the entrance of the hotel. The also listen to the notes and try to improve for the better.

Your personel were excellent, At the executive Loung especially Ali Yilmazcelik, Elif Cilingir, Melisa Berker and manager Gamze ornek were all worked excellent dycipline, alwats smiling and helpful.. almost best of the world..I want to come back this amazing hotel.

Exceptional Service from Gokay: A True Lifesaver at Swissotel!

After checking out, I headed straight to the airport. Once there, I realized in shock that my engagement ring was missing—I had left it on the bedside table at the hotel. Panicked and scared, I immediately called the hotel reception and explained the situation to a lady who answered the phone. I told her that the ring was extremely valuable to me, that I was running late for my flight, and that it was urgent for someone to check the room immediately. Her response was that someone would check in 20 minutes and that I needed to fill out a form. This response, given the urgency of the situation, was disappointing. I called back 10 minutes later to stress how critical it was, urging them to act faster. She assured me they would, but I never received a callback. Meanwhile, the driver who had dropped me off at the airport got in touch with a bell boy named Gokay, who took the matter into his own hands. Within two minutes, he called back to confirm he had found the ring. Not only that, but he personally brought it to the airport within 40 minutes—an act of incredible kindness and professionalism. All my praise and deepest gratitude go to Mr. Gokay. He understood the urgency and panic in my voice and went out of his way to help me. Thanks to him, I managed to catch my flight with my precious ring in hand. I also want to highlight how attentive and prompt the entire bell team and taxi staff at Swissotel are. They are exceptional and set the standard for outstanding service. However, I must express my disappointment with the front desk staff, who responded nonchalantly and never followed up, despite the urgency. Thank you, Gokay, for being a remarkable and reliable person. Swissotel should be proud to have someone like you on their team!
