Fantastic view, great service and good food

We had a fantastic 5 nights in Swissotel. So many good things to share. Let’s start with the fantastic view from the Loft corner suite overlooking the Bosphorus getting both gorgeous sunrise and sunset (very few hotels have these kind of rooms). We could even see both the Blue mosque and Aya Sofia through the floor to ceiling glass panel. Suite was also spacious and super comfortable. Buffet at breakfast was really good. Food was super fresh and yummy. Some rotation with special dishes on certain days would be good for guests staying more than a few days. Service during breakfast was impeccable, we didn’t have to wait long for any request. Chef Mehmet Efir (chef de partie) deserve special praise for his warm and friendly smile. Service throughout our stay was also very good. Always informative and helpful. Special recognition to Berna Acun (guest service representative) for always being responsive and the special chocolate surprise. Jack (concierge) was very helpful too. Only area of improvement I’d suggest which I hope the hotel and management would take constructively is that there didn’t seem be any recognition/privilege for Diamond Accor member. There was not even a dedicated check in and check out line at the reception for Diamond members. Since we booked a Suite, all the benefits would have been available to us even if I was just a classic (basic) member. This is quite different from our experience in other ACCOR hotels where we were greeted on arrival (by name) by senior management and whisked away to the lounge for private check in. Regardless our stay was fantastic and we plan to come back again to Swissotel in March or August 2025. Highly recommended.

It is a nice hotel with a great location. the christmas decoration , very beautiful and it made us feel at home. The executive lounge especially during breakfast can be better, very limited options. Ali the teenage waiter at the executive lounge is very cute and professional. Beautiful smiley ladies at the entrance area made a difference. The uniforms are nicely selected especially bell boys and concierge. The amenities in the rooms need improvement. Some staff need to be more friendly and smiley. The guy who helped us check in was very professional. But we were a bit disappointed with the rooms we expected a better view of the Bosphorus. Room 1412 patricia

Swissotel The Bosphorus, Istanbul, garners high marks for its immaculate conditions and strategic locale, offering seamless access to transport, attractions, and breathtaking views. Service is generally commendable, with staff members receiving accolades for their professionalism, executive lounge food is very good and staff in the very friendly, specially Ali.

AN AMAZING VIEW OF THE BOSPHORUS STRAIT. A SUPERB BUFFET WITH FANCY SELECTIONS LOCAL AND WOLRDWIDE. FOOD WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS. SERVICE WAS QUICK AND ELEGANT. IT IS A KIDS FRIENDLY RESTAURANT, THEY HAVE A CHILDREN PLAY AREA ESCORTED BY CREW MEMBERS WHERE CHILDREN HAVE A BUFFET FOR THEIR OWN. IT WAS A GREAT EXPREINCE FOR MY WIFE AND ME. WE ENJOYED A FANCY BRUNCH WITH CHILL LIVE MUSIC AND OUR CHILD PLAYED WITH OTHER CHILDREN. I WANT TO THANK THE CREW MEMBERS Ms SENA, Mr FARUK AND Mr ERAY FOR THEIR INTEREST AND HOPE TO VISIT SOON AGAIN.

Hotel is great. Service is excellent. We enjoyed spending time in SPA. Thank you Seher and Furkan for great service!!!! Breakfast is very good. It has so many different kind of food. The hotel is decorated in New Year Look. It is the best hotel decoration I ever saw.
