للأسف لايوجد أي مزايا لعملاء All Accor حتى لو كانت عضويتك بلاتينيه، أقامه مصيبه للأمال وأخر تجربه لي في فنادق سويس هوتيل ، موظفه اللاونج أخذت طلبي وللأسف لم تقدم الطلب لي وتقوم بخدمه الأشخاص الذين يتكلمون اللغه التركية عنصريه سيئه
