It is regrettable that we only learned about these concerns after your departure, as most of them could have been addressed quickly and easily on site. Le métro est à proximité de l'appart hôtel, ce qui permet d'accéder au centre ville de Hambourg très rapidement. Le logement était très propre, et calme, avec une cuisine équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux et très bon. Il y avait aussi une salle pour faire du sport,un baby-foot et des jeux de société. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

L'appartement loué avait une cuisine, frigo et micro-ondes, des couverts et assiettes pour des repas simples sur place, et des machines a laver. L'appartement est spacieux et permet à 2 personnes de télé-travailler. Il est à 3 mn à pied de la ligne U1, et de la ligne U3. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Nous utilisons les services d'Adagio que nous apprécions. L'hôtel d'Hambourg est calme, en retrait de la rue, à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Lubeckerstrasse desservie par le U1 et U3. Le personnel d'accueil est présent et disponible et les locaux sont agréables. Un gros bémol toutefois destiné au gérant et concepteur de cet hôtel: Le studio n'est pas très convivial ni fonctionnel. Ikea sait exploité les petits espaces et il serait bon d'aller voir un de leur magasins pour améliorer l'expérience client. Le réfrigérateur faisait un bruit assourdissant. Le problème a été signalé à l'accueil et il nous a été conseillé de l'arrêter la nuit...

Seul point positif : bien situé car proche de 2 lignes de métro

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our rooms are clearly shown in the photos, and it is explicitly communicated that the family room is a single space. The bed behind the door is a fold-out bed – this is part of the room concept. We regret if you felt unwelcome by our reception team and apologize if you experienced it that way. Regarding parking: We only rent the parking spaces on the hotel side. The opposite spaces belong to residents and are not available. During peak season, the underground garage was the only available option. Every guest is free to park elsewhere, including on the street (maximum parking time 3 hours) or further away where resident parking does not apply. Nobody is forced to park with us – this was your personal choice. We explained all options to you upon arrival. While you may feel differently, that is your perspective. Wild pigeons in the underground garage cannot be fully prevented. We have already taken all reasonable measures, such as nets and spikes. Kind regards, Adagio access Hamburg

Belle chambre familiale, bien équipée, avec kitchenette, mais donnant sur la rue avec un bar fermant à 3h30 - très bruyant malgré les fenêtres fermées. Stores non occultants. Prévoir les bouchons d'oreille, comme nous avons dû le faire la 2e nuit (nuitées du vendredi et du samedi). Toutes les chambres ne donnent pas de ce côté, mais ce n'est évidemment pas précisé. A 6h30 nous avons été réveillés par les voisins - un enfant de trois ans, pleurs, piétinements... Il est noté sur la fiche "chambre insonorisée", ce bruit est donc inadmissible. D'autres hôtels de même gamme respectent mieux cette caractéristique et peuvent s'en prévaloir à juste titre : ce n'est pas le cas ici.

Excellent séjour à l’appart hôtel adagio d’Hambourg. Bien situé pour rejoindre la veille ville à pieds ou en métro. L’hôtel est très bien insonorisé et propose un équipement qui permet de prendre des repas simples avec la version studio. Le parking sur place est un plus. Nous y reviendrons pour un prochain séjour à Hambourg.
