Mauvaise expérience au restaurant le soir pour le dîner. J'ai attendu 45 minutes pour une seule salade et 20 minutes de plus pour la sauce vinaigrette qui manquait. Le service fut pitoyable.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Hambourg avec deux lignes de métro au pied de l’hôtel, très pratique. Chambres et salles de bains propres et confortables dans l’ensemble. Par contre: - chambres très sonores, notamment quand il y a de jeunes enfants dans les chambres proches - les murs ( et notamment la tête de lit) bougent quand quelqu’un claque sa porte de chambre voisine, ce qui est très désagréable quand on est dans son lit - petit déjeuner varié mais de qualité médiocre par rapport à d’autres hôtels du groupe Accor (ibis / Novotel / mercure/ mama shelter) - personnel au petit déjeuner peu serviable (nous étions cinq et c’était toujours un problème pour avoir une table avec cinq couverts) et peu attentif - personnel au check out peu attentif à nos commentaires sur les bruits et les murs qui tremblent. On a posé la question à cette personne pour s’avoir s’il avait déjà dormi dans l’hôtel et il a dit non et ne semblait pas avoir beaucoup d’empathie.
