Compared to other Mercure hotels, I would say that the hotel staff, the reception, and everyone else, try to be helpful in case of dissatisfaction, and are really interested in making your stay as pleasant as possible. I made the reservation by phone and I can say that I appreciate the person who makes these reservations, because she is not in a hurry and tries to clarify all aspects before making the reservation. Finally, the cleanliness of the rooms is ok, but as a minus I will point out the fact that parking is very limited after 6 pm (there are no places), and also a big minus is that the hotel does not have a fitness room compared to other 4-star hotels.
