The room itself is fine, and the cleaning staff are very friendly. Some of the other employees are nice as well. However, as a guest, you are constantly being moved around because of large groups. You’re told to only eat before 8 a.m. or after 9 a.m., since the restaurant is otherwise reserved – and you’re basically not supposed to sit there at all. It makes you feel unwelcome and poorly treated. The elevator is broken, and the staff member didn’t even bother to put up an “out of order” sign. When asked about it, she just rolled her eyes. The coffee machine is constantly out of service too. I cancelled my stay halfway through and left. Many items listed on the menu are unavailable or never delivered. The food quality varies greatly, and the eggs in the morning are obviously reheated from the previous day – simply disgusting.
