Great accommodations with great service

I stayed at the Białystok Mercure Hotel for 8 nights in a ‚privilege’ room. The room was a good size and very clean. The amenities in the room were great as well (coffee, tea, water boiler, fridge, safe). I also enjoyed the small closet with hanger space to hide away clothes. The staff were very welcoming and responded quickly to any needs. On the first evening of my stay my tv remote was out of battery and a staff member brought me a working one within 10 mins. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Looks this is a new hotel. Shines with new furniture and decore. However it should not have Mercure name. Stuff, young. Not fully dedicated. More with with Gen Z attitude. Rather boring, cause not much visitors. Room looked nice. But from cleaning perspective someone before it cleaned just lightly , to look it clean on the first spot. However if you have a better look, you will notice floor was not properly vacuumed. Someone hair was not removed from sink in the toilet. Small things which have impact on experience.
