It's a nice hotel, good location (once you know how to get there), good breakfast, comfy rooms, very clean. Shower is not very good - low pressure, no shower cabinet so water everywhere, towels seen better days.

A pleasant Ibis Styles hotel, located close to the main square and major landmarks and attractions. The personnel is very professional and helpful. There is a great restaurant very close to the hotel, Bistro Skórka or a bit further, a Tatar restaurant, Halva. Both amazing!

I stayed here while traveling from Japan to participate in the Białystok Marathon, and my experience was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s kindness, warm smiles, and attentive service made me feel welcome and comfortable. This was my first visit to Poland and also my first time in Białystok. Thanks in large part to the hotel’s heartfelt hospitality, I came to love both this city and Poland itself. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and supportive throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices. It helped me recover smoothly after the marathon and gave me energy each morning. I sincerely appreciate everyone at the hotel for making my stay such a memorable one. I hope to return again someday.

I recently stayed at this property and found it to be a bit of a mixed bag. There are some undeniable highlights, but the hotel is definitely showing its age and could use some "tender loving care" (TLC) to bring it back up to standard. The Highlights Fantastic Breakfast: The breakfast spread was easily the best part of the stay. There was a wide variety of fresh options, and everything was high quality and well-prepared; both regular and vegetarian. Unbeatable Location: The location is incredibly convenient. I was able to get around easily, and the neighborhood feels very safe. Dining Options: If you’re a foodie, you’ll love the area. There are several excellent restaurants within a short walking distance, ranging from casual spots to more upscale dining. Areas for Improvement Unfortunately, the room and facilities didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the lobby and staff: Room Maintenance: Upon checking into my room, I noticed the sofa was badly stained. It made the space feel unappealing and less than clean. Gym Facilities: I was disappointed to find that several machines in the gym were out of order. For a traveler who relies on a morning workout, this was a significant letdown. Summary: If you prioritize a central location and a great morning meal, this hotel is a solid choice. However, if you expect pristine room furnishings and functional fitness equipment, you may want to look elsewhere until they perform some much-needed renovations.

Please do not save money on the expense of your gusts. Put water botlles in the rooms. Also, you did not serve tomato in breakfast and tomatos are important vegtable.

Overall, the service was friendly and efficient, and the check-in process was quick. Unfortunately, despite holding Silver status in the loyalty program, there was no acknowledgment from the staff, nor any offer of the entitled benefits, such as a welcome drink, a glass of wine, or any other gesture.
