Very friendly and extremely helpful reception staff. Room had a good level of comfort and cleanliness. Also good sound proofing too. Did not have breakfast, but what I saw of it, it was value for money. Only slight complaint is the room is too small if you want to use the actual 'apartment' side of it for 4 people. There is only a very small table that fits 2 chairs. Hotel is in an ideal location if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the centre. Metro is only 10 mins walk and a 20 min metro takes you to Brussels centre.

Comfortable, spotless, large room with kitchenette. Friendly staff. Well-placed for a conference I was attending at VUB. One downside was lack of amenities. I forgot my toothbrush but they didn’t have any at reception - even to buy. Nevertheless, would recommend.

Great location just outside of the city centre. Local amenities. Metro just around the corner. Room great size, clean and with everything you could need for a great stay. Great breakfast options. My only criticism would be that the quality of the pillows on the bed wasn’t great. A couple of extra pillows might have been useful and they felt pretty flat. Otherwise I have no complaints, staff and hotel were great. Will definitely return
