Very friendly and customer oriented staff (Especially at the reception and in restaurant). Very comfortable and clean rooms. Hotel has been built with great quality materials which you can see. Definitely will be back on my next trip to Hong Kong.

The hotel is clean and connected from exhibition centre MTR, easy for MTR commuting! If you bring large luggage may find the room area a bit small to open the large luggage fully

AKI is my new favorite boutique hotel in HK. It’s modern, clean, good location and the staff were very friendly. The hotel has big windows and wooden accent everywhere giving it an airy and warm feeling. The minimalist but effective design provided it witha Scandinavian vibes. Last but not least the friendly and helpful staff really makes my stay special. Job well done AKI

Oasis of calm in bustling Wanchai

I checked in late from a delayed flight and asked for late check out and front desk was very accommodating about it. I had booked the typical King bedroom but having stayed at the tatami room in all my previous stays, the typical room just doesn't cut it. Luckily I was able to upgrade for a fee to the tatami room. It is simply the best room in the hotel. I slept so well... unfortunately I was rudely awakened by housekeeping who was delivering toothbrushes that I did not asked for. Otherwise it would have been a 10/10 experience.
