We had a good experience at ibis almaty jetisu. The reception was very welcoming. Always helpful. The only issue we found that there was no tea, coffee sachets or facilities in the room.

Decent location, new property and facilities

The location is in a good area but 15 min taxi from the center and major attractions. It has two quite good restaurants. The rooms are well appointed. It was hot and neither the a.c. or the fan was working. Staff was either good or need training.
