We got 2 rooms! This hotel can be so much better if they improve the feedback below: The good: Good location Good breakfast Nice room Friendly Staff Has laundry room but you’ll pay for token. The bad: Card to the room doesn’t work every time, we had to get it activated each return to the room! Slow Wifi Small rooms Plastic kids cups in the room - seriously??? Bath towel is standard size Bathroom is clear glass (see through), restricted privacy but there’s a curtain.

- the room wasn't cleaned as planned on a regular basis as it should have been done - not the biggest room despite being gold member

Well located, too small rooms and not comfortable, poor not tasty breakfast.

Very disappointing stay. The attitude of both front office and restaurant staff was poor and unhelpful. When asking about the hot water/coffee machine being out of order (especially given there are no kettles in the rooms), the response was rude rather than apologetic or solution-focused. Not replacing toilet paper in the room is unacceptable. This is the second Accor hotel on this Europe trip that has fallen well below expectations. Sadly, I’ll be reconsidering this hotel chain going forward. Terrible experience.
