Good location, modern room, comfy bed. No room info, didn't know it was on the TV. Also noise all night from air con or something. Corridors are dark. Lighting in room was poor.

Nice hotel, room was comfortable, quiet and tastefully decorated. Only a couple of minor negatives were unstable water temperature from shower, and Sutton town is rather unremarkable.

Danielle's customer service skills are outstanding. She greeted us with a beautiful smile and provided lots of useful information for our stay. The room was bright and spacious and we both felt very well rested the next morning. Breakfast was great! Will definitely keep coming back. Thank you.
