Super nice and competent front desk. On arrival the two persons there were genuinely happy to see us (was already past 8pm with one leaving her shift). They gave a lot of very good information, namely the shuttle that dropped us daily close to the Vatican, cutting short the distance to downtown. They also gave very good suggestions about dining out in the area. A great breakfast and a genuine Ibis Styles with all the wit and energetic / jovial facilities.

The location was great a midway point between the Vatican and the airport the places we were going. The service was fantastic. The people who work here are so kind. They also have the most incredible hotel breakfast I have ever seen! I would highly recommend.
