Dear DorsetWhite, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience at The Harlow Hotel By Accor was so disappointing. We apologise for the cleanliness issues you encountered, particularly in the corridors. Your comments about the room maintenance, bar service, and the disruptive noise outside are concerning and do not reflect the standards we aim to uphold. We will be addressing each of these areas with our housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams as a matter of urgency. While we are pleased to hear that you found the receptionist helpful, it’s clear we fell short in many other areas, and for that, we sincerely apologise.
