Cheap and not so cheerful

Cheap and not so cheerful. Room had dirty splash marks on ceiling, shower water didn't drain and threatened to overflow so had to keep turning water off. Carpets in main corridors on level 3 were full of stain marks. Air conditioning didn't work, tv kept randomly turning itself on. Downstairs in bar, there was only one person serving after an event at the Excel, so there was a long, slow queue. On a plus, the hotel was ideally located with a 2 minute walk to the excel centre. I won't be staying there again.

Asfand is the best !

Had a lovely short break whilst competing at Hyrox, the hotel was exactly as the pictures showed, the staff were welcoming, special mention to Asfand who talked me through the services the hotel offers! Would recommend if you are having a short visit to London 🥰

The breakfast team at the Ibis was so friendly and helpful. The person who stood out the most was Sully! Very helpful, very friendly, happy to have a laugh and always seemed to have a smile on his face. The kind of positivity you need to help kickstart your day. 😊

Excellent location for O2 as 10 minutes walk to the cable car across the river. Hotel rooms good, we had a river view as upgraded! Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. 5 minutes walk from the tube station.

Wonderful warm welcome Particularly from Azzy, extremely friendly and helpful Would definitely recommend and return Hotel is close to the 02 You have to take a 5 minute walk to the cable cars which cost around 6.50 per person It’s then a 5 minute walk to the O2 .
