Our stay at Novotel London was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, modern, and perfectly located in London, making it easy for us to explore the city. What truly made our experience exceptional was Mr. Smit. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to our needs. Thanks to his generosity and outstanding customer service, we received a wonderful room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.
