⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at ibis baking Hotel on Monday and had a really great experience. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I would especially like to mention Victoria, who works at the front desk. She is very amazing, kind, and extremely helpful. She made my stay even better with her professional and friendly attitude. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and great service. I would definitely recommend ibis Hotel to anyone visiting and would love to stay here again.

Whent to the hotel to end going to another one do to leak of professionalism

The girl in the reception was really rude and unhelpful. First the address on the accord app is wrong and when you take a taxi from the airport they will drop you in the Ibisbudget. (It’s London, so it’s raining all the time. Prepare to get wet). Once I arrived they told me that I couldn’t pay cash, they only accept card but there’s no place where it says that. ( other hotels of the city they inform you that they don’t accept cash) but in this case it didn’t that’s why I did the reservation here. Talking to the lady in the front desk she couldn’t help me at all and she didn’t look willing to help a bit. Once I explained the situation she wasn’t able to give me an answer. I ask for the manager, and she told me that until tomorrow Monday wouldn’t be no manager o directo (weekend where the hotels work the most and the manager isn’t around) I show the lady how other hotels show that you can’t pay by cash but their hotel doesn’t. She still didn’t help at all and not even say sorry. In the first picture you’ll see how other hotels geld you that they don’t accept cash and the second one is from this hotel when it doesn’t appear. At the end I had to change hotels.

As our property is located next to another hotel within the same group, taxis may occasionally stop at the neighboring property if the hotel name is not clearly specified to the driver. While we regret that you felt our reception team was unhelpful, the team acted in accordance with hotel policy and the information communicated prior to arrival. I stayed here for a business trip in July 2025. The service, cleanliness, and overall value were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the location was a bit average in terms of access and surroundings. Room comfort and sleep quality could be improved, especially in terms of noise isolation. Still, it was a decent stay and I appreciate the hospitality.
