From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and outstanding five‑star service. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, even offering us coffee and pastries after we’d missed breakfast. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, with a lovely bathroom area. The bar and dining area had a great, relaxed industrial feel and provided an enjoyable place to unwind. The whole experience was exceptional — nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel for its superb service, comfort, and hospitality. Truly five‑star!

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of days in December. We came from the US to see a Hans Zimmer concert at the O2. I chose the hotel for the proximity to the O2 for safety reasons. Let me say, I didn’t need to worry about safety leaving the O2 late at night but so glad we found this gem! The location was perfect! Steps to the tube and grocery, Lidl, Aldi, Pharmacy all nearby. Rooms were a tad small but suitcases for under the bed and we had plenty of room. Rooms were clean, new, and very comfy. Staff very helpful. The price was fabulous. Much farther out from main attractions but so glad we could go visit then get away from the Christmas crowds! I was able to do some serious shopping with the money I saved by staying at the Ivis Canning Town!

This is such a lovely hotel! The location is on the east-side of London near the O2 and Canary Wharf. You've got a tube station, a DLR station and a bus station right outside. The tube line is the Jubilee line which links easily to different lines and the centre of London too. The rooms are nicely decorated, there's enough plugs and space for clothes for a few days. The shower is a decent size, but the water pressure was a bit naff. The team came in and tidied the room and made the bed which was a nice touch. I didn't think they'd do this when we were only staying for 2 nights. Highlight for us though... is the staff!! Every single staff member we spoke to was SO friendly, warm and inviting. My shoutout goes to the person on the front desk when we arrived on Friday 16th Jan at about 3:30pm. He was a Man Utd fan even though he lives in London!! But he really made us feel welcome and deserves all the praise!!

I had the best service ever. The rooms were perfect for a complete switch off comfortable, calm, and beautifully maintained. The coffee and breakfast were excellent, exactly what you need to start the day right. A big thank you to Thibaut and the entire team for making the stay truly memorable.
