After a delayed flight, my partner and I found ourselves stranded after missing our connections and being unable to get to our next destination. We probably looked worse for wear - turned up near midnight at the Novotel Stansted. We were tired and grumpy. But massive shout out to lovely Sabrina, who made us feel really welcome and treated us like stars. Absolute professionalism and kindness - and the best makeup.! She was brilliant but if the hotel industry collapses for some reason, she has a sure career in something artsy! Thanks for a lovely stay Sabrina - your boss owes you a promotion and a raise!

Park Stay and Fly a good option

Stayed for one night before a NYE break, we booked Parking at the hotel which at the time was a really good option. Friendly efficient check in, we were given room 199 on the ground floor. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. We ate dinner in the restaurant, the service was good the food ok and reasonably priced for an airport hotel. We did not have breakfast. The bus transport worked well and dropped off at the bus station. It cost £4.00 pp one way, a good option as it was £30 for an Uber!! I would stay here again.

Staff very pleasant in all areas, reception, bar and restaurant. Room lovely and clean. Shuttle bus excellent, will definitely do this again.
