Attending the netball super league opening weekend at the Motorpoint arena - great location. Shame u have to pay to park as a hotel guest ?! And a bit more storage in the room for 3 people would be useful

Arrived at Mercure Hotel bar and was served some excellent cocktails and food by the friendliest staff member, Mykhailo. Had a fantastic time. Overall 10/10 I’ve stayed at the Mercure and the rooms were very tidy and neat. All staff very professional and friendly. Looking forward to booking another stay here!

Room too small and layout made it hard to move around room

We were on the front of the property and it sounded as though the window was open as we could hear traffic noise immensely during the night. Staff also failed to inform us that facilities were limited in swimming area which was the only reason we picked this hotel.

good stay - friendly staff

stayed for 2 nights total, and also used the function rooms for work whilst there. good facilities, comfy room cracking breakfast. only minor issue was the TV remote in my room was broken (batteries kept falling out) i never raised this with the hotel staff, but this sort of thing should be picked up at room turnover.
