Room is very basic for what they charge. Breakfast is basic for £12 per person. Parking is not free also at £12 per day. Cleaners made us walk 3 floors instead of allowing us to use the only working lift. They said we are waiting and we should use the stairs. Guests should come first. Not at this hotel. The bathroom does not flush properly and the shower fills with water so you are showering in your own pool of water. Facilities in room are very basic especially when we were told we have been upgraded due to an error they made on our booking. I will be demanding a full refund.

These concerns should have been reported to our team during your stay so we could have had the opportunity to investigate and resolve them. I am also sorry to hear about your experience regarding the lift. While our housekeeping team may need to use the lift as part of their daily duties, guests should always be prioritised, and I will be addressing this with the relevant teams. Regarding the parking charge, our parking is charged at £12 per 24 hours. This is advertised on our website, third-party booking sites, and clearly displayed throughout the car park with signage. I am sorry that you found the room and breakfast did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we continue to improve the experience we provide for our guests.
