So to start with, we had a privileged king room. Decor needs an uplift as lots of knocks scuff etc. Carpets need a clean through building. Lots of stains etc. Bed was quite hard pillows also but everyone's taste is different. We had 2 cans of pop and 2 bottles of water in fridge free. TV a good size. Bath had several chips and again bathroom needed a lick of paint. Shower powerful, but waited ages for hot water to come through. On site hand wash shampoo and conditioner. Staff were great. Very helpful. Evening meal we had the brummie burger which was scummy and sticky toffee pud, which was not worth 7.99 Breakfast was full continental... No option for fried egg and side plates were plastic... Shocking for a 4* hotel. The hotel was quiet at night but it was quiet not many people. Spa area left a lot to be desired. Again in urgent need of face lift. Pool is small, jacuzzi very scummy. Sauna small, steam room ok. All in all not too bad a stay but don't think we will be going back.

booking in was very easy, room was a small double but had everything I needed and very clean. Had a meal in the restaurant and was well priced and very high quality (had the Cajun chicken and cheesecake) would definitely use this hotel again if I was in the area.

Lovely stay, spa was very nice, rooms were clean and tidy and staff extremely helpful. Breakfast had plenty of selection and very tasty. Mairita on reception was very friendly and nothing was ever an issue when needing more information. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a week on a training course. The breakfast staff was lovely especially Bal. Always very welcoming with a smile on his face and nothing was to much if you asked, keep being you Bal. Svetlana is also a very helpful smiley person always happy to help and makes a lovely Pimms. Facilities here are great a nice small gym and lovely pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Food is good with a lot of variety. We used one of the training suites which was very large and the staff kept us well refreshed.

Check in and check out both took far too long. The man who checked me in was rude and disinterested and on check out it took 5 minutes to print out an invoice. The bedroom was lovely but the bathrooms are tired, cracked bath panel, mouldy silicone and just generally poor
