This is the second time that I have used the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Being about to park easily at the hotel is an added bonus. The hotel will always be my first choice when visiting Birmingham

The only disappointment was the long wait for the cooked breakfast items, after notifying staff that there was no sausage, bacon or eggs. After a very long wait most of the group left without breakfast, resulting in a very expensive slice of toast with a cup of coffee. We have stayed at the Ibis Bordesley Park Road every year since 2012.

Everything was great. Staff were very helpfull. Especialy the lady who was on the eveening shift. She finished at 9pm. She wore glasses but i didt get her name. She helped us with organising activities in the local area and was a very pleasant person. She was working the evening shift on the 17th of novemeber.

I needed to stay in Birmingham city centre and this hotel was ideally located. I just wish I'd tried the West Indian food cafe in Digbeth which was smelling lovely. It's the ideal excuse to stay in the Ibis Hotel again. See you soon.

Accommodation was excellent as previous stays. The check in was hopeless. Issa (or Isaa) never looked up and acknowledged me. He was on the phone and computer. He then put the phone down and kept his eyes down. He then made a call, eyes down. Someone else’s from behind the bar had to come across and help. She was efficient and helpful.

Found the room to be a good size and nicely furnished, overall the whole hotel was a good standard. The only slight negative was the breakfast as only had a limited choice ie only scrambled eggs, no fried or poached plus things ran out and not quickly replaced, for example ran out of baked beans which meant a 5 minute wait and unfortunately when they brought some out they were cold. Other than this minor issue, I would recommend the hotel and have no qualms about staying again.

I stayed at the ibis just for one night to celebrate my cousins birthday with My partner, it was great there was a McDonald’s that was right next door which was open 24hours. The city centre was not far away there was also food shop (Morrison’s and Iceland) literally down the road so it was great to get stuff to eat if we needed it. The bedroom was very modern and the bed was comfortable, they gave you a kettle in your room with tea/coffee and sugar. The room was very clean which I loved because I am so picky about being in a dirty place. The bar was good and very nice prices was not bad at all. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Birmingham.
