Ac wasn’t working was really got in the room other than that was a pleasant stay.

Booked as we had tickets for the cricket at Edgbaston. The hotel booked us a taxi, it’s only 5to 10 minutes to the ground

Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Followed Covid-19 guidelines and had safety measures in place. Breakfast was tasty and filling.

The remote batteries were dead so couldn’t change or switch on tv. The bedside lamps were out, so had to use the main lights. Pillows are thing and it was cold.

We stayed at the boardersley circus Hotel for a few nights so we could spend time in Birmingham. The hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly. We dealt mostly with Osman who was very helpful and friendly, he seemed to be doing most things there but all the staff we're great. The breakfast was ok too. Drinks at the bar we're unfortunately expensive, even the coffee which was disappointing. Our room was clean and pleasant and the housekeeper was friendly and helpful. I do recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights, room was lovely and warm and above all very quiet. Not much of a view if you're at the rear of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the online check-in/checkout makes life a lot easier. Breakfast was hot and tasty with a varied selection. Just a slight hitch, first 2 nights electronic room key worked fine but the third day after walking all the way to the room the key didn't work meaning a return trip back to reception to rectify it. Overall a fine hotel.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times and have not been disappointed. It is clean, the stafff are nice and helpful and the location is 5 minutes from my meeting venue. Perfect The brreakast is on an all you can eat buffet basis and is tasty and varied.
