Staying with you is convenient & easy, well organised but a bit like being procdessed thru a factory. I am not impressed by the breakfast but it is well laid ourt easy to access - a belly filler. I had Fish & chips with you on the last night, but really as I was too tired to go out. It was OK but unimaginative

Very comfortable stay. Clean and warm. Good location. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Shame no biscuits on the room and it was a bit noisy outside.

Positives- Not too busy breakfast, good choices, tea and coffee supplied regularly to room. Negatives- Very noisy in hallway at night during new years eve, found it difficult to sleep. TV quite small.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spotless. Breakfast was a bit dry perhaps as i arrived 11am the food may have been left unattended for a while. Otherwise the service would have been a 10.

We had a good welcome when we arrived. The hotel was clean and tidy and our room had an excellent walk in shower. The car park was secure at night with a gate and staff constantly on duty. We were within walking distance of the city center but chose to use the local bus the stop was close by. Breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Roof nice and clean Super location with free parking Only downside was the breakfast - the cooked items had been under the heat lamps so long they were dried out and not nice to eat

curtis1954 Solo travel - 26/12/2019 TripAdvisor review

Stayed for 3 nights, room was lovely and warm and above all very quiet. Not much of a view if you're at the rear of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the online check-in/checkout makes life a lot easier. Breakfast was hot and tasty with a varied selection. Just a slight hitch, first 2 nights electronic room key worked fine but the third day after walking all the way to the room the key didn't work meaning a return trip back to reception to rectify it. Overall a fine hotel.

Travelled to Birmingham early and was able to leave the car at the hotel. Returned much later to check in which was easy. This time around there wasn't as much noise in the corridor which helped with the sleeping. Great value
