Hotel is in a good location, staff nice and friendly. My only quibble is I paid for late checkout at 5pm, from 11:30 until I left at 2pm I had cleaners knocking on my door every half hour! I barely got any sleep so left despite saying each time they knocked I was there til 5pm

Staying for 2 nights, made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Hotel is everything you expect from Ibis, but the staff go the extra mile. Loved having a rear-facing room, unexpected bonus to hear early morning birdsong from the trees surrounding the rear of the hotel.

Room clean and quiet. A desk just about big enough to work on but a slightly more comfortable chair would be appreciated when working at desk. Brilliant manager (Victoria) - very friendly; a good communicator

Turned up to hotel was checked in by and unhelpful unfriendly member of the night team just seemed to want to get us checked in an out the way, got into room the shower gels were empty the towels were so small they left nothing to the imagination didn’t even cover half my backside . Asked for larger ones but that was only size they had lady was helpful enough and apologetic with this. I ended up having to stay an extra night which I was able to book with the helpful older male day receptionist couldn’t help me enough, I came back after a long evening at a family event with my 9yr old daughter she was a little peckish so I decided to make her a pot noodle to then realise I had no cutlery for this , I went down to ask politely the night worker if I could have a fork to be told no we can’t give you one but I can sell you some plastic cutlery for 50p ! I wouldn’t have minded paying this it was the fact it was late I was in my pjs and had my daughter with me who was tired there was no way I was going back to the 3rd floor for 50p and the fact I had spent a good deal in the bar the night before and also for my stay you wouldn’t think a single fork wouldn’t have been a problem ! Cleanliness not great in rooms TVs in most rooms me an family booked I’m sure the TVs were put on the wall especially for intoxicated people lol just tilt your head to one side your be fine breakfast I couldn’t fault at all nice fresh and hot , I think in all there were maybe 2/3 staff who were absolutely lovely and very helpful the rest were rude miserable and had serious bad attitudes they clearly didn’t want to be there . I wish I had of got the name for the older male receptionist and the older lady who helped with towels as they fantastic. Also be aware they charge £8 a day parking which is absolutely extortionate in my opinion and this is only stated in small print after clicking on numerous links will you find these charges stated

Great location as it was a business trip and meeting was at the football ground. However Mt score reflects to room. The TV was broken and I let the reception know and there was just nothing they could do so it was an early night for me.

Just an overnight stay but theroom was clean and comfortable, the shower excellent for those with limited mobility and the dinner was tasty - despite several menus items being unavailable. Staff were enthusiastic and helpful and we enjoyed breakfast. Shame Ibis can only offer scrambled eggs,fried would have been better.
