Noise pollution from outside the hotel in adjacent car park Requested Tea bags and this was ignored Requested an upgrade as a member of ibis, this was not fulfilled Ordered vegetarian breakfast and received pork sausage and actually bit into it and was nearly sick This should have been documented really and I think the least you could do is offer me a free stay or vouchers or something. I did expect a call after requesting a manager call me. This request was also ignored Very very disappointed

Firstly we needed somewhere to stay as we were down for a funeral so we were glad to find an hotel open in these times. I know that hotel companies like to cram in as many rooms as possible but this was truly not fit for purpose especially having to eat meals there. Ordering breakfast went wrong on the first night, we should have added that it was for two people but we did enjoy our sausage AND bacon bap. We left the room late morning resulting in it not being serviced but luckily we had hung our towels up it was not a problem. Other than that, all the staff were very courteous and friendly.

Very friendly, polite, helpful and professional staff team. Nothing was too much for them. Rooms comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. The room and whole hotel was excellently clean, very reassuring given new cleaning measures required for safety with Covid. Food was well cooked and very tasty, arrived in a good amount of time. If and when I need a hotel again I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else. Very very highly recommended!!

Can’t fault my stay as usual all the staff are always so friendly and the hotel is always so clean. The breakfast included with the room is very good for the money and collecting from the reception is very quick and easy

In these difficult times this hotel has got everything right, we felt safe from the second we arrived. We were stay for a funeral and Jack and Rodrigo did everything they could to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They are a credit to the hotel.

Thanks to Jack for making sure everything about our stay was perfect. Going above and beyond and even helped me carry my pizza to my room as I almost dropped it, fetched us glasses for drinks in the room and got some ice for us :) will definitely be returning.

Because of COVID restrictions not all facilities were available, full breakfast for instance, however every single member of staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I need, even catering to my dietary needs by cooking my breakfast fresh and putting it into a box. I was very pleased with room which was clean and airy , what i did not like at all was the bed, i have stayed in a lot of hotels and never have had a bed that is as hard as this
