Lovely food and fantastic service, Yuen our waitress went above and beyond and was so kind and attentive. She went out of her way to ensure the children were catered for. The experience was overall very good.

we had a lovely meal, Yuen was our server, she was very helpful and made sure we had everything we wanted. She came and checked up on us efficiently

Great stay at the Mercure Telford Hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms with excellent housekeeping standards throughout. Friendly, helpful staff and a perfect town-centre location. Breakfast was good and well organised. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
