Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your stay at Mövenpick Hotel Beirut. I appreciate your feedback and would like to address the concerns you raised regarding your visit from 22 to 24 November. I am pleased to hear that you found your room to be clean and comfortable. However, I sincerely apologize for the oversight regarding the replenishment of essential housekeeping items such as the shower cap, slippers, and vanity kit. Those items are usually delivered upon request following Accor standards. Moreover, I am disheartened to learn about the service shortcomings you encountered in our restaurant. It is our goal to provide attentive and courteous service to all of our guests, and I regret that we fell short in this instance. Your comments regarding the interactions with our staff members, including the restaurant manager, are concerning, and I assure you that we take such feedback seriously. We will be reviewing our service protocols to ensure that our staff is equipped to provide the level of service that our guests expect and deserve. I appreciate your acknowledgment of the adequate internet connectivity, but I recognize that it does not compensate for the overall service experience.
