Overall had a very enjoyable experience. The staff were exceptional helpful, attentive, and clearly committed to making our stay perfect. Special thanks to Ahmad from Housekeeping on the 9th floor and Serena at Reception; both went above and beyond with their service and warmth.
The pools were perfect: clean, well-maintained, and a real highlight of the stay. However, the sea was unfortunately very dirty, to the point that swimming wasn’t possible. This significantly impacted what should be a core part of the resort experience and needs urgent attention.
Despite the sea condition, the combination of great facilities (especially the pools) and outstanding service made our stay memorable. With improved sea cleanliness, this property would be outstanding.

The staff in Madinaty ( Ms. Hala , Mr. Ali , Mr. Mohamed , Mr. Rabih , and others )were very welcoming and the food was delicious . The see view from our balcony was astonishing . The bellmen , the personnel in front of the hotel ( exterior of the main entrace ) , they greet us warmely , as if we were members of family , whenever we step into or out of the car , offering help with our shopping bags , and courtesly wishing us an enjoyable time in Lebanon .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived.
A very special thank you goes to Mr. Saad Daouk, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and flexible throughout our stay. He handled all of our requests with great professionalism and always made sure that everything was exactly as we wished. His outstanding customer service truly made a difference.
Thanks to Mr. Daouk and the entire hotel team, we were able to fully enjoy our holiday in Beirut without any worries. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests made our vacation truly memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut and will definitely return in the future. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Rooms very well kept, pool areas crowded and noisy, moving around is made uneasy with restrictions.

I booked in this hotel with higher price because of the beach and sea but i was so disappointed because the water is dirty and full of garbage ; i don’t like pools and i don’t swim in pools

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as you had chosen our resort specifically to enjoy the beach and the sea.
We completely understand your disappointment. Please know that we clean our beach on a daily basis and maintain protective nets surrounding the swimming area to help keep it as clean as possible. However, due to sea currents and wave conditions, debris and floating waste from outside our property can unfortunately be carried into our beachfront despite our continuous cleaning efforts.
While this is beyond our direct control, our team remains committed to cleaning the beach throughout the day to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under better sea conditions and provide you with the enjoyable stay you were expecting.
