We booked 3 hours prior arrival with an extra bed. We arrive and the extra bed wasn t at the room. We called them to ask for it again. The extra bed wood was in a very bad condition. The towels was prepared for 2 persons only. We asked for tissues for the room as it wasn t available while it should be prepared prior arrival. The water in the bathtub was brown even after opening it for a while. As per your website and room tv there is 4 restaurants at your place, but we were suprised to find only one open. The lebanese food was disgusting, we left it, pay our bills and left. The tv wasn t smart while we are in a 5 stars hotels.

I was staying on the 8th floor, the housekeeping supervisors, ahmad and hanadi were great. Front desk employees Rayan and hussein were the best. As for hemingways restaurant, it was amazing, the service is very good and luxurious. Razane and the manager Mr. Ahmad were welcoming and nice. The salon was amazing as well. All employees are very nice and welcoming. Thank you everyone for making my stay unforgettable

The overall experience was satisfying. However, I do have one comment: I specifically requested a quiet room with a sea view. Unfortunately, from my room, I was disturbed by the music from one of your restaurants. When I raised the issue in the morning, I was informed that all sea-view rooms are noisy, which was not communicated to me at the time of booking or check-in.

We were in Beirut for work as a news team and at last minute had to move hotels. I needed five rooms straight away and this was done very easily. All the staff were very helpful and the hotel was good.
