We were in Beirut for work as a news team and at last minute had to move hotels. I needed five rooms straight away and this was done very easily. All the staff were very helpful and the hotel was good.

I will describe the weaknesses. This is a free information to Managers. 1- Weak air-conditioning in Madinati restaurant and in the gym. People get used. But this doesn.t mean it is ok. Some people are complaning . 2- No towels in the morning in the gym. Sweating like crazy all over the place seems is ok. By the way I complained since years. 3- Managers are not listening to their people and not showing leadership. This can be illustrated by the psychological level of the team. Why 7/10. This is because of the people working there and try to make a difference. And big thank you to Ashraf Sleiman for the extra care and special attention.

Clean room, good atmosphere, friendly service at Hemingway's Slow service at the pool, food quality and presentation at Hemingway's is way below a 5 stars hotel lounge, room rates are overpriced

While I love where the hotel is located, the hotel rooms are not at all worth of a (5) stars hotel.

Hotel was well kept and classy. The facilities are really good and great pools. The beach needs to be cleaned and Hemingways bar needs to be better managed because its a great spot, but over all everything was great. Breakfast in Madinati restaurant was lovley.
