It was my husband's 30th birthday the welcoming team was amazig they gave us a complimentary cake. The staff was really friendly. The spa experience is good, clean and loved the facilities. Your mattresses are OUT OF THIS WORLD.

Although it was really unreasonably priced (meaning no value for money), the room was regularly cleaned and tidied up nicely.... The food (breakfast and dinner) was good.... My room neighbors (room # 821 and the room directly above my room- 823) were insensitively too loud noisy and rowdy at night (loud voices and arguments well into the night) almost all throughout my stay.... I complained to front desk but to no avail.... The hotel staff I encountered at reception, house keeping and Hemingway's were rather attentive, pleasantly courteous and welcoming, albeit one key observation I have to make a note of in that "hotel/ restaurant staff are to be seen and not heard" .... I observed several unpleasant loud exchanges between staff during breakfast and dinner sometimes of petty arguments between themselves and on other instances delegating duties or communicating orders..... And there was one horrendous instance at the pool shower area wherein one adult male was cleaning his son's back end openly in broad day light and "feces" was scattered all around the shower basin area. Ironically, the "old" cleaning lady on duty that afternoon stood nearby helpless..... Last, there seems to be a communication gap between your team and "Allo Taxi" regarding settling taxi fares. On both instances of airport pickup and delivery, the drivers asked for cash payments whilst I had already asked to settle the taxi fares on my room charges....

Didn’t get member discount, didn’t get a see front as promised, had the farthest room on the floor to walk to!!! Other than that, staff was great and service was as BEST.
