I had a very nice stay at the Le Gabriel Sofitel. All the staff was extremely helpful and responsive to the questions and needs. I also liked the hotel decor and location.

I am not satisfied because I booked this hotel on ACCOR app (as usual because I am an Accor Platinum member) and was informed that the hotel has some issues with ACCOR , so the points linked to my stay should be asked manually and is taking too much time. I do not find it fair to be treated this way, if the hotel is on the APP, the points should be granted without hassel

At Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore, your feedback is very important to us. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. It is a system issue, and we are on it, but it takes sometimes since we are changing and upgrading all the system to be able to add or redeem points. The only way we have to grant your points for the moment is by sending email manually to Accor support system and they will contact us and we approve your stay so they can grant you points. Very clean hotel, staff polite & friendly, breakfast was ok nothing special and my room was cleaned every day. Location is good within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I was disappointed that in this hotel you cannot pay with the points of Accor loyalty program but Johnny at the reception was nice and helpful in guiding me through the customer service to get my stay credited. I would recommend the hotel but it definitely lack the feel of a 5 stars hotel comparing to other Sofitel
