We came in for a month with 4 guests. There was no AC - only air. Called 4 days straight and then gave up after they promised to fix and move to another room. Internet signal and connections were very poor, however they got it fixed after 4 days; no one answers the phone at the reception the first few times; always looking to get more money out of you from drinks at dinner, laundry (which was included in our deal). Despite the long stay we were there for, we were not treated any different and were offered standard rooms. The construction noise by their swimming pool was loud and the smell of burnt metal filled our rooms. Upon several requests, they took 2 hours to stop the construction workers around 7:30pm. It was a sad experience and shows how much their really care about the hospitality business. They are only in business to make money any which way they can. Their model does not support long term guests.

Very nice hotel, however, the air conditioning was not turned on and the room was hot. Gave us a fan but not the dame.

Great stay at the Mövenpick Hotel, booked Grand Mercury initially but were move to Mövenpick and super grateful to the team. The way we’ve got treated is incredible. Thank you to the whole team (reception, manager, restaurant staff)! Will definitely recommend everyone to stay here! Just few minutes away from Petra itself.
