Suppost to stay with the whole group - 17 people in Grand Unima, but we were moved to this hotel. Not ordered but stayed here.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff and service were excellent throughout — warm, attentive, and very professional. We were generously given early check-in and late check-out, along with an upgrade to a better room, which made the stay even more comfortable. The food was great, and the location is truly amazing and very convenient. The only issue we encountered was with transportation arranged through the hotel. After requesting a car, a driver contacted me via WhatsApp claiming he had been arranged by the hotel and showed up to pick us up. During the ride, he switched cars at a stop and then drove us to the hotel. He insisted on cash upfront. On our return to the airport, we later discovered that he was not actually arranged by the hotel. It appears that someone may have shared my phone number, and the ride ended up costing $400 total, whereas the standard rate should have been about $100 one way. To their credit, the hotel was very apologetic and is actively trying to get to the bottom of what happened. Aside from this concerning incident, the hospitality, service, and overall experience at the hotel were excellent.

Hello. I preordered a paid upgrade having a gold status. I brought three friend families to your hotel with me for the birthday celebration. The room that I got was the worst from all my company. The breakfast was really disappointing. I’m titanium at gha and platinum at ihg. We stayed in several hotels (like w amman, kempinski ishtar, marriott petra) and that was the worst breakfast.
