My experience with the Front Desk team was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.
The staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and showed a clear lack of professionalism when dealing with guests.
Responses were slow and superficial, and it was obvious that the team was not prepared to provide proper guest service.
What made the situation even worse was that one of the reception staff, after seeing that my booking included two girls, whispered to his colleague accusing me of bringing minors. This assumption was entirely false, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional.
No staff member has the right to make such inappropriate judgments or spread baseless comments about guests.
This incident was offensive and had a significant negative impact on my stay.
I truly hope the reception service is improved to reflect the standards expected from the hotel.
