I stayed for about a week with a group. Airport pickup was organized and conformed, but no pickup from Movenpick, we called and were told a car would be there very soon, no car arrived. Called again and and we were told a car would be there any minute now. After about an hour we organized our own transport. The next day more of our group arrived, and the same thing happened again: airport pickup organized but nothing happened. For this to happen happen repeatably is unacceptable, in particular for a 5-start hotel!
