Wonderful experience, very caring hands on staff after an initial mishap at check-in. Thank you to the wonderful intervention by Richard at the Reception with the support of Agnes, they resolved a situation where I almost wanted to leave due to a problem with the room. Then shout out to the wonderful Ophelia and Ernest at the Executive Lounge who anticipated my needs and knew exactly how I liked my coffee. And to all the rest of the staff who made our stay memorable. The food was also fantastic except there should be a special order of fufu in advance:-)

room was terrible - air con did not work properly, hair dryer didn't work, dirty, not well maintained - stains on TV stand, stain in the bath, black mould in the shower etc. I was moved to another room where the air con worked but it was still sub par. For what my company paid it was unacceptable.

Everything was 5* except the room. I stayed in an executive room on the 6th floor. Personally For $500 a night I don’t think it should be a shower/tub combination. It should be shower only. The room decor was old and dark as well. I also didn’t like having to go to the lobby to pay for the spa treatment since I was using a card.
