Horrible stay. I arrived at 4 pm and my room was not ready. I had to wait one hour before I was told the room was not clean yet. The front desk person was trying to put me in a room that was less than what I paid for - I paid for an executive suite. I was late for my presentation because I could not get to my room and change clothes. When I finally got to the room, the room was hot and did not cool off. Also, the tv did not work. I will not stay at Marriott again. I am diamond reserve at Hilton but was trying to diversify my stays at hotels. This Marriott hotel was a bad experience.

The hotel facilities (lobby, conference rooms, restaurants, bar) were great but the room was very cold, towels were not available in the room after cleaning and we had to call to request towels almost every day of our week long stay.

I was pleased with the service except that I was unable to have my food heated at the hotel, and the electrical outlets in the room was not working I had to call the hotel for assistance

The hotel is located close to the airport and local markets. It's also well appointed and staffed. There is a 24 hour pharmacy, salon and barbershop, and high-end men's tailor onsite. I got a haircut, got measured and ordered a tailored blazer during my stay. The rooms are rather cool with little flexibility over the thermostat setting. Also, room service consistently left only one set of towels, which resulted in having to call the front desk to ask for more towels daily.

Despite noise from 04th floor during renovation and lamp not working. The rest was ok

Love to stay here 4-5 times a year. Great staff, super location. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but are being tenovated. Only thing to complain about is that the menu in the bar is the same for years now. Keep up the good work Movenpick Accra!

I enjoyed my visit but please fix the iron issue. The cord is too short. I had to move the desk to connect the cord. You should include vacation/tour group in your survey under sort of trip.
