My stay was for business and my choice of Ibis Styles was because I wanted to use some of my points on ALL. I chose this hotel over Movoenpick because of the location. I did not enjoy my stay. Firstly, the bed was not the "Sweet Bed"of Ibis and the pillows provided were hard- only 2 pillows by the way. Only one elevator worked so during busy times, it was not so easy getting around. Breakfast was good, however. The staff tried to be helpful. On 2 different nights, I ordered dinner and had to wait for much longer. As a Gold Member, i expected a welcome drink and an upgrade. Non was offered.

First with the air condition, the room was really cold which causes the room to be damp. Second there were cockroaches in the room. Third I was just about to fall asleep and the air condition unit started with loud noise, where I couldn't sleep. Forth the food wasn't great, it was rapped in plastic and by the time it came to the room it was soaked with water from condensation, also the taste was poor. The only positive was that the lady on the front desk was super nice. I asked my company to switch hotels

I’ve been frequenting Ibis styles and my recent stay to the new price changes was very surprising and very costly Had to succumb because I had no other alternative

It's fine apart from the fact that one has to move all the way to the 6th floor only to iron all the time. sometimes it's not so enthusing :-(
