I stayed for a one day vacation and I enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, the food was great. The pool bar was simple and nie , not overcrowded like other hotels. The customer service reps were very friendly too. Only downside was the AC was not very chilly as I wanted it. Also the shower had no closure, but all in all, it was great. I want to come back.

Check in efficient and good. Room i dont think had been cleaned properly as still a paper coffee cup with coffee on the table? As it was late i ordered room service. Food wasnt very good.

This visit was my fifth time at Ibis Styles, Accra Airport so I had already experienced the hotel as well managed with friendly, professional staff. On this occasion I experienced something that could be called a security issue when I overheard a visiting lady ask if she could go up to a certain room number to see her friend. The room number was mine and I was about to declare that but I stayed silent. The receptionist handled it perfectly by following protocols and the lady left. Once again I really value the professionalism of the staff and, on this occasion, my thanks to Ms Michelle, Ms Therese and the duty manageress. They are all a credit to this very good hotel.

No towels in the room 820 that I was checked in to. Called reception to inform them. Feed back was laundry is done out side and once delivery van is in,I will be served. It took 2 hours before I was served.

My stay in Ibis Accra has been a most memorable one during these unprecedented times. In Accra, I have stayed in many hotels, but this one is the best so far. I have been a regular customer with ACCOR , which gives me ease and comfort in every sense. The rooms and service are one of the best in Accra. Breakfast is splendid and Sumptuous. Ideal location for those who want to sleep closed to Accra Airport. very practical. Warm welcome from the team. nNice buffet and lobby. A bit disappointed by the room style especially the washroom which would need, from my point of view, to be resigned slighly.

HORRENDOUS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE

HORRENDOUS is the only way to describe the stay here. Firstly it was supposed to be used as a quarantine hotel but as there was dozens of guests coming and going every single day most of which did not wear masks i believe the IBIS was selling this to company's under false presence. Almost every staff member was excruciatingly difficult to deal with and it seemed the opposite to the usual mantra of good service " NOTHING IS TO MUCH TROUBLE" but instead anything from minor requests to asking why your disgusting meal was 2 hours late to can i have a towel was treated with absolute rudeness and disdain. Back to the food, you would not feed the food to a pack of stray dogs the choice limited to 2 per meal came anywhere between a 4 hour time slot and was never even remotely warm we had to spend a lot of money on takeaways just to eat decent food. Having stayed there for 4 weeks i think this review is based on a lot of experience and having colleges staying at another hotel who where treated to amazing service and food the IBIS could not hide behind the current state of the world due to COVID. In summary they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and i'm sure if head office was to understand just how poor an operation they are running massive questions would be asked.

We took all measures to make sure our guests are wearing them in the public areas. In the case the guest don't have one, our team members, trained and wearing the necessary PPE will provide the noise mask without any charge. To add, extensive measures are being taken to protect guests and team members: • Hands-on training for all employees, a dedicated on-property rollout committee and a formal audit program, validated under the global ALLSAFE Cleanliness label, ensure initial and continued compliance. • The appointment of specially trained ‘ALL Safe Officers’ to oversee all cleaning-related hotel operations, preventative measures and to handle guest enquiries • Free health support with AXA, including access to medical professionals and consultations by phone or on the location • Physical distancing marks throughout the hotel and dining outlets • Masks and gloves provided to guests and worn by all employees (changed every 4 hours) • Assisted contactless check in and check out • In room dining menus, our Food & Beverage team will call you to take your order and deliver all your meals Our hotel has been certified by Bureau Veritas.
