The airport pickup was not well organised, it needs to be faster as passengers would be already tired by then. Breakfast doesn't come on time. This has happened in the two times l have stayed at Ibis. Eventually l could not take the breakfast fully and comfortably having run out of time, along with other passengers.

The services are fantastic but your rooms need overhauling because once I took my bath the water from the bathroom comes into the room from the floor. so my suggestion is to fix your bathrooms, especially on the fourth floor. water is soaking into the concrete and damaging your amazing structure. A stitch in time saves nine.

Good stay in the hotel with friendly personnel and good food. The only shortcoming was the long waiting times. Also, no mention was made to adhering members of Accor club. Don't know if the points can be accounted to my account number (3…8113)

I didn't enjoy the hotel and informed my colleuge to consider hotel number one where others went and said it was better. Firstly, the idea of take food was good, but 1 small drink and only 2 small bottles of water in the room was a thumbs down. Water got finished and the person who served breakfast promised to bring but never returned. The bedsheets felt like second hand. They are not white nor smooth. The towels are nolonger white. The lift is too tiny can acomodate only 2 people yet we are foreigners with no local lines, what if it fails? How do we make an alert? Too small even oxygen can get used up. UN staff are not allowed to sleep on floor one and anything above 5, you have us floor mine and keys were not opening the first time we went up so we came back yet we are very tired. Secondly, at checkout, the receptionist handed over my balance from previous day cash payment but of extremely old more over written on USD notes. You need to know that other than in the US, no country accepts old written on USD notes. Why do you accept such from customers? To disgracefully pass on to others. I rejected them and it took a while to sort. Finally, and worst. A man with a ladder came to paint a line on the ceiling above the receiptionists. Goodness, the area is small. The chemical smells. While can't you do such repairs at night? Someone could have fainted in that space. Overall, I will never return to ibis Accra and informed firiends already. It was a mess.
