I have been at your hotel thrice and its never been a good overall experience. My first time i had something stolen from my room, then i had a problem with my room the second time with an unnecessarily long check-in process. Then shuttle departure time wasmt respected. During my last stay the phones in the room werent working, the toilet had visible urine stains and I was given incorrect information about your services by the front desk staff. After this last stay I will not be going to your hotel and definitely wouldnt recommend it.

Once you arei in house the staff takes very well care of you; Internet is a big issue for Business customers and full day failure not helpful. Upon booking the staff never replies to (multiple) requests sent through booking

Bedbug bit me in my room Room I was switched to didn’t have a towel but thank God it had no other bedbug. Asked for flip flops the entire time I was there to no avail. Dining experience was good. Friendly staff.

The services were top notch and the environment very calm as well as relaxing. Its definitely a 10/10 rating for me. I however recommend you include more African dishes in your food menu. There was not much of a choice for African dishes especially Nigerian soups.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and I did not enjoy my stay. Upon arrival, I was given a room where the bedrest smelled so bed, it was unbearable and I asked to be transferred. In the new room, the toilet smell was really bad- I immediately asked for a proper disinfection of the toilet- I must have asked a total of 4 times - and despite housekeeping trying their best to clean the toilet, there was a constant smell of urine coming out of the toilet bowl that overtook the whole room. It was really disgusting. I had traveled with 4 suitcases, so i didnt want to switch the room yet again, but it was really a poor experience for which I blame management. Speaking of management- I noticed numerous times that the manager was just standing around in the lobby, while there were long lines at the reception, and disastrous scenes at breakfast (no coffee, no plates, no fruits). Really poor management.
