hotel is fine, they lack in maintenance i have stayed for 5 nights i have changed more than 5-6 rooms, aircondition is not working at all except for room no 714 also lift was not working, in one of the night i was staying in 4th floor, need to climb stairs, thank god that night my room was not in 9th floor

I fully understand how frustrating it must have been to change rooms multiple times due to the air conditioning not working properly. This is certainly not the standard we strive to provide. I am also very sorry for the disruption caused by the lift being out of service and the difficulty of having to use the stairs, particularly after a long day. I truly regret the discomfort and stress this caused you. Front service unit doesn't understand the importance of going above and beyond for lodgers, in serious need. I lost my phone charger at the reception on Monday. When my phone died, I explored if the front service can help out. The lady was an epitome of dissapointment. She was negative and not willing to help. Even when I left to phone at front desk deliberately to confirm my assumption, she just kept it somewhere and gave me back on my check out 2 hrs after. My expectation was that she would at least even make an attempt to source for phone charger but alas she wasn't bothered. Treated me as good riddance to bad rubbish. Very shameful. I'll deliberately avoid her next time. I won't allow her to check me in or out next time. And if she was the only person at the desk, ill go to Palms hotel next door. Very horrible experience.
