I fully understand how frustrating it must have been to change rooms multiple times due to the air conditioning not working properly. This is certainly not the standard we strive to provide. I am also very sorry for the disruption caused by the lift being out of service and the difficulty of having to use the stairs, particularly after a long day. I truly regret the discomfort and stress this caused you.
