I was charged an extra money because my wife came to visit me in my room .Though I paid the money (Ghc329) but that was unfair .I will suggest that ,such policy should be reviewed .Thank you

At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore, your feedback is very important to us. We would please like to inform you that our Guests can have visitors. Per our hotel's policy, an extra amount of twenty (20) dollars is charged when a Guest's visitor stays overnight. This policy compensates the hotel for the increased costs associated with accommodating more Guests, such as utilities, cleaning, double amenities and extra breakfast. We are sorry this was not communicated to you upon arrival. Rest assured appropriate measures have been taken to avoid future occurrence. Zero sleep, zero aircon zero care given by hotel

I had two stays in 3 weeks in the hotel, both times I queried the aircon and both times the staff said it’d been fixed. It hadn’t. On my second stay the TV sizzled, popped then banged and started smoking. Not a very relaxing stay. I won’t be returning unless my concerns are put to rest.

The lady at the frobt desk was terrible and nasty
