The wifi was not working 75% of the time and our meeting was relying on a stable internet. The staff are not very friendly, particulary restaurant staff. I had a guest denied breakfast coz they checked in early morning oin a room that was not cancelled for the previous night. On arrival, the driver was not waiting - i suggest that the hotel has a permanet person at the airport to receive guest and inform them on what to do next
