Bedrooms were dusty, roo.s were not made, water was no refilled. Most of the food on Menu in restaurant not available, and slow to received the order.

it was good in general with just one comment, and this is my second time at Ibis in Accra. In the room there is a high noise coming from the air conditioning grill, and my AC was OFF all the time. it gave me hard time to sleep. also one night I was without shower towels, I used the small one instead. all in all it is good, but those are my comments

Hey teams, just a heads up that the standard has dropped a little bit since my last visit in Feb. Hotel was not as clean as it was. Aircons 8th floor were quite noisy = room 821 and 811 I think.
