the airport service was good

Staff interaction was very good. However facility had several challenges, tv channels not working for the first night, shower water pressure was very low on the high floor resulting in room change the next day to 4th floor, the hot water did not work hence took a bath with cold water first time in many years, no usb socket in the room on the 4th floor.

This is certainly not the level of standards we strive to provide, and we regret that you had to experience these shortcomings, especially having to take a cold bath. Please rest assured your comment has been shared with our maintenance team to ensure these issues are thoroughly reviewed and addressed to prevent a recurrence.
