Staff was nice, the food was good. Great ambience in the hotel and at the bar. However, I had bed bugs in my room and received bites from them which ruined the satisfactory of my experience.

Checkin took 20mins, which is way too long. Food is average. Wifi is really poor. Staff very helpful

It was a decent hotel but there were some issues with the smell in my room.

It was a decent hotel. I enjoyed the pool and the massage offering. The housekeeping would turn my air on high at a cold temp, which was minor but annoying because it was cold. The other thing was my room in 410 smelled like there was mold in the room, so it was uncomfortable to be in the room. I also stayed in another room days earlier on the 2nd floor. That room did not seem to have this problem.

I booked 13 nights and i only slept one night. The rooms have a big stench that i could not have survived. I landed at midnight from a 9hrs flight, very tired. No one assisted me to carry my bags from the car to my room. I could not sleep until morning. The service i received did not match the amount pf money that I payed. AS i am writing, I am still in Ghana booked in another hotel. It was a terrible experience from a hotel in the middle of Acrra

The experience was wonderful. Just feel my room needed some work. There was mold in my bathroom. Which was worrisome. The lightbulbs on the end tables were out when I first got there. There still remained a bulb out in my bathroom. I was there for 10 days. Getting new towels and wash cloths delivered were an issue. The vent leaked from the AC sometimes.

My stay on Ibis styles Accra was very comfortable. The only thing what I have to suggest is, please provide all toiletries and towels before check in. I called the reception for two times to get the towel on my room. Except this small thing , everything was good. Appreciated.

Check-in is very slow, arriving from the airport with a group of travellers, each check-in takes 5-10 minutes and there is always a long queue in the evening. More efficient checkin would make the experience much better.

When we arrived, we were greeted with friendliness. We were helped with our suitcases up the stairs. After that, we were on our own. There seemed to be only one baggage cart in the building. Check in and check out were very smooth. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel lobby area is very well kept. Some improvements to consider: Elevators are too small to fit people and baggage. Staff should ensure there is a cart available to place luggage on or offer to bring it to your room. Bathrooms in rooms need more thorough cleaning. (Bottom of door is peeling, hairspray stuck to the walls, corners of floors were dirty, sink was dusty) Pool needs cleaning (scrub calcium deposits on sides of pool, filtration system housing is weathered and stained)

Food was very good. Service at restaurant, bar and pool was excellent. They were very accommodating. Didn't like that it was difficult to get a room towel the first few days. Cleaning lady said she would get one never came back. Went to reception and asked for one the guy was not pleasant. Another day asked guy at reception to have room clean as cleaning lady never came back, got back and it was not cleaned had to call and ask again, it was late but someone came.
