The staff are really kind and helpful That being said, this hotel was a disappointment. The room had a musty smell, I saw a roach in rhe bathroom, and it was noisy. It was twice the price of another hotel I've stayed in in Accra but not nearly as nice. I won't return

Overall good. Improvement should be made in bed comfort, towels (1 towel was provided) and room tea accessories should be improved. No spoons to stir and paper cups not quite conducive. Consider glass cups and steel cutlery if its about environment.

staff needs training

this hotel was ok, but below par for ibis styles. the staff at the front desk urgently needs some extra training. it should not take 8mins to receive a key, especially not after having bothered to check in online beforehand. the free shuttle to the airport is convenient. but the frequency of once very 30mins if not enough for an airport so close. and the time table at the very least should be respected. this cause avoidable stress.

No water bottles inside the room.
