The chef Mr. Mohamed was very respectful man and polite, reception team was awesome and very supportive. I have only one issue, that the pool area was not enough for all guests in the weekends because the hotel was very crowded.

It’s clean, food was good, especially Om Ali it has an unforgettable taste. The service was not matching the 5 stars standard maybe because of the lack of employees. The front desk employees weren’t aware about the All Accor points system and they insisted on the points couldn’t be awarded due to the reservation way “via a travel agency” and i left them and added the points easily. What shocked me during this stay in a 5 stars hotel if it is, that the hotel didn’t offer me any kind of amenity for my birthday even a fruit basket, although i was kidding about that with two of the front desk employees. That made me feel and perceive the very low service level that didn’t meet the least of guest expectation. I believe that this hotel will be fine and suitable for class C or B. And I see that I should totally avoid this hotel from my future plans. Kind regards

I visited the hotel for the weekend with my mom and we both loved it. Hotel is very clean, quiet and great facilities. Food is also very good. Renovated rooms are great and comfy and each member of the staff was super kind with us, always smiling and helped my mom all the time. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed the chef and Mido from animation team for their kindness and positive attitude in welcoming customers.
