It was a great pleasure to stay at the Mövenpick Hotel El Sokhna, and we are incredibly grateful for the outstanding hospitality and care we received throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our experience was exceptional. We thank the following individuals who made our stay truly memorable: - Khaled at the restaurant whose assistance and attentiveness were remarkable, and he made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. Thank you for being so helpful. - Ehab at the restaurant whose constant care and thoughtful gestures, especially in providing an extra helping hand for our son, did not go unnoticed. We truly appreciated your kindness and support. Thank you for the daily yoghurts for our son. - Dina at the reception whose warm smile and willingness to accommodate our needs made us feel truly welcomed. Thank you for being so helpful and ensuring our comfort during our stay. - Mohamed Nasr (Housekeeping) whose dedication to taking care of our room and promptly providing the housekeeping items we needed was outstanding. Thank you for being so helpful and ensuring our room was perfect. You made our stay very comfortable. - Ibrahim (serving at the seaside restaurant and the coast) whose cheerful demeanor and excellent service added to the wonderful experience at the seaside. Your smile and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. Of course Ahmed Sobir who helped us with a better room and making us feel right at home. His understanding and thoughtfulness truly made a difference in our stay. We would like to thank the entire Mövenpick team for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional service. Mövenpick el sokhna is my favorite getaway for over twenty years and it never failed to impress me.. Although the hotel is old but it is well maintained and spotless clean .. The landscapes are beautiful and well taken care of .. The staff at the reception and the restaurants are very friendly , welcoming and professional . Special thanks goes to the animation team who went this extra length to make everyone, not only children get engaged in fun activities wearing their cute and attractive outfits. They were simply amazing and made everyone happy .. I am looking forward to next visit soon !

Hospitable staff. Clean rooms. M. Salah is very helpful. Restaurant is very good Chef Mahmoud and Chef M. are very keen to offer their best and to welcome guests' requests. Mr Wael and Mr Sherif in restaurant are great. Ibrahim in the pool and Adel in main building are really helpful and friendly. Also Dina and Weissa in front office are very helpful. We used to come since 2017 but this time the visit is more enjoyable. We felt very welcome and would like to come back soon Inshallah. Thank you for doing your very best and good luck to you
