1st time stayed my family feel welcome as the villa is clean and comfortable. The surrounding was organized and maintained. Except the front office staff need to be more friendly and professional. We will come again.

Hello There , The resort has very good infrastructure but unfortunately you will not feel that you are in 5 stars resort or in somewhere like other Movenpick hotels , Reception are very poor with no experience , And since I am Accor hotel's member i am surprise this resort not in the list, where i couldn't useful from my stay . Thx

If this is taken seriously youll have more visitor and youll be always busy 1 remove the stones from the beach and make looks like natural beach , + put beds on the beach with sun shades , increase water activity with affordable prices , 2- villa cleanses need attention when i arrived dust was everywhere. With dirty pillows? 3- put a space for electronic games 4- spa & treatment needs attention when i got there it was like ghost house empty lights off and dust and no signs for when to open and close? 5- the buffet needs a review 6-is this Mövenpick? I am afraid not!!

Upon arrival no one seem to understand English, villa most far from the beach was assigned and upon asking some closer no response was given. During the stay TV living room not working and no hot water. Food selection in restaurant very limited and during diner only buffet was available. Very ppor substandard service for a villa where you pay 2600 SAR/night

Our experience was not good. We were never informed about the pool is under construction. Water heater in the rooms did not work until 21:00pm. Patio doors does not close properly and the sand storm made everything dirty due to this. Area was very noisy until 02:00 am. For the price we paid this I would not reccomend to anyone. Maybe when all construction is done and proper maintenance we might concider to visit again.

The service was great , but the villa itself needs maintenance , the daily rate is not cheap so I expect the villa to match the price I paid, for example, the carpet inside the bedroom are dirty , some of window shades are broken , there was a leakage inside the bathroom in the ground floor , the glass in the center table is scratched and there was huge water spots in the ceiling of the kitchen

This experience is the worst experience ever. Ive a golden Marriott award, and ive tried alot of hotels but this experience was bad. 1- im giving 4 out of 10 because the staff was nice and professional 2- the room and the resort are full of mosquitoes ( must put a note to alert alergic customers) 3- the mattress is completely worn out and need replacement 4- the towels are clean but too old ( not white anymore) 5- A/C is not working ( for bedroom, living room was good) 6- room service was bad ( ordered ranch souce they said not available, are you sure this’s 5-star resort?) I had a special event and i thought movenpick would be a great place but it was ruined
