we had a great experience staying in mercure the reservation guy(i didnt get hs name) was so accommodating he help me out with my request. and the reception was super friendly. the housekeeping kept our the room super clean. tho we didnt realy like the breakfast experience but it didnt change the vibe. big thanks to the staff. keep it up ps. sorry i didnt get the names of the staff that help us.

I visited a luxury hotel and enjoyed staying in it very much. There is a swimming pool, a small massage room, and a sports hall upstairs. The rooms are very spacious, suitable for families and children, and very close to the malls. I spent with my family a pleasant and beautiful atmosphere in the hotel and the delicious breakfast. I thank the security man, Fadel, for welcoming us, and also the baggage handler, Abdullah, for his help.
