sebnab Couples - TripAdvisor review

No refresh of water or hot drinks facility. No fresh towels despite them been left for changing. Complimentary drink voucher had been activated by someone at 5:30am whilst the bar was closed and the staff did not believe at first it wants until I pointed out they were closed. Breakfast was good but staff appear lost and no offering of hot drinks from the staff. Overall not the experience you would expect from the Mercure.

Well located, However the suite furniture is clean but a bit old ,rooms missing what guest need ( towels , water, toilet stuff etc
