in the past two nights i changed two rooms Room 1: Tub not working and cannot be fixed moreover boiler is not working and also could not be fixed (305) Room 2: the boiler working but the room so smelly all the kitchen work and even all sewages smell in the room (805) maintenance and cleanliness are very poor which has ruined my previous experience

The hotel is a little tired but still remains comfortable and a pleasant place to stay. I did have an issue with my room and the GM was very helpful and took everything on board and changed me to another room. Thus the good customer services The new room was very good and made up for the bad one.

This is not the first time I stay at this hotel , but every time I come I find the warmest welcome from everyone specially Mr Khaleefa who’s kind and helpful.. the hotel staff are cooperative and doing a great job assisting customers.

My husband and I had to notarize documents in usa embassy Bahrain In the morning we saw that the main document was incorrect So my husband went down to reception and I think his name was Mr qadoos he helped us fix the document on his computer He spent at least 45 min to 1 hour in corrections and he was so accommodating Never in my hotel experience I have come across such a humble ,helpful, genuinely caring, nice and just an amazing person He helped us just like 2 hours before our appointment in embassy Also he was very helpful in checking in and very polite And I asked him about checking out and he was very friendly Also room was very nice Breakfast was amazing Everything fresh and staff was polite
