Easy stay over the Formula 1 weekend. Emad on reception made check in and check out very easy. Walking distance to a nice shopping centre with good food outlets. Thanks for the stay. Would recommend if visiting Bahrain. 20 minute drive to the track.

Very poor experience and wouldn’t know where to start, we’ve stayed in the past and had a great experience previously…..not this time. If you look at recent reviews it looks like I am not alone in my disappointment. Issues: The balcony door didn’t close properly so very noisy No balcony furniture. No kitchen equipment/utilities at all. Freezer was full of old mould. Fridge just froze everything put In it and wouldnt turn up. Restaurant - ordered very basic food at Dinner waited one hour, it didn’t arrive so asked for it in the room - almost another hour later and lots of calls later it arrived not cooked properly. I complained and sent photos to the staff - they agreed and asked me not to complain to management. I asked to speak to the manger on several occasions and never did he/she make themselves available - or the staff were scared to tell him/her. Dirty Water poured out of the iron onto all the clothes. Rooms have not been updated in the last 10years minimum and remain old but the prices have increased. We went for the Grand Prix this time but I would not recommend this hotel for the value of money that you pay. I still paid in full for the meal I had that I didn’t eat and the restaurant were fully aware of it - no one cares, they just beg you not to complain.

No balance of the Air condition to other rooms.. the living room is the coldest.. the other ones are hot… it takes ages for the house keeping to come… very noisy room the ones look at the street… basement lack of security anyone can enter.. shower very low pressure.. it is pricey …

i didn’t like this hotel, the rooms are terrible. this hotel is so expensive and you can’t stay with your family. there is no place for kids. and the bad point is that there is only 2 accelerator i don’t recommend this hotel for you guys.

Best place to relax and enjoy. Special thanx to Sabbu for her hospitality. Attending MEOS after 15years. Changing my hotel due to un legalistic description. But ended with Grand Mercure in which they have come compensated my bad experience
