the suite was good , the view was amazing the service was a bit slow.. the rooms and the salon were not cleaned at all! it was dusty and like it wasn't cleaned for a long time!! even when we pulled the sofa bed the matters was very old and there was crumbs all over the floor and there was no tissue unfortunately even after i asked to bring tissue to our room.

Very slow old hotle

Sorry the survey badge I could not open however I will not stay again in this hotle for 5 main reason 1 the service is very slow from my experience the staff hotle had pressure because too many customers even Tue front manager worked with staff 2- furniture are too old starting from TV until you reached to small plug 3- I stayed in 2 bed apartment which its bath room flash failed down even the techican could not fix the push button for flash also need remote for the two old TVs brought after 1and half hour 4- Car man parker is the same who took the logs up stair 5- next morning I buy my self park the car 6- took almost 2 hours waiting for logs man too much time spent

Mercure is badly in need of a refurbishment, furniture is antiquated, TV. Room has some odor, carpet in the hallway looks worn out and unkept (12th flr), housekeeping left some detergent on the dining chair.

it was ok as for the location, the service is not so great always delays orders from room service, bed sheets wasn't comfortable and it was very itchy for the whole family i asked the house keeping to change the bed sheets but still something is stings.

Dear respected dear, I would like to thank the hotel management for the worst of the night in the history of my life, as it is no secret to you that I did not receive any respect and appreciation from the moment I entered to the moment of my exit, neither from the receptionist, nor from the manager, nor from the room service, I entered the room and had many stains on the bed And dirt, several teeth cleaning was requested and it was not delivered for more than 45 minutes and I spoke with the manager personally to inform him of what happened but without regard to me and the simplest rights I did not receive from the hotel management such as not to mention the style of communication with the employees

It was amazing, everything was good. But, I would say if you guys renovate the rooms that would help getting better experience due to the old furniture. I had to ask for changing my room due to AC issues. I would be happier if you guys provide changing the room option rather than me asking for it.

the room is brilliant and the breakfast is quite good and the staff is really kind. Only one thing is not that good, i can not connect to the internet via physical network cable, becase the wifi is not really stable for me to make a video calling with my friends in the other country, the provided cable in the drawer is not working

Rooms and lobby need to be renewed. Price of room service is extremely expensive, one glass of milk 2 BD. There is no carpet inside the big rooms.
