I had a nice comfortable stay at Mercure Grand Hotel Seef. I was upgraded to 2-bedroom suite, which was very nice. The breakfast was much better than last stay, they had added huge variety of food items; and staff was very efficient & courteous. The check-in & check-out was very smooth along with parking available inside hotel. The only problem I had was with the biker gangs who assemble near the hotel vicinity on weekends, and its disturbing in the early morning.

Very good hotel. Everything was perfetto. Very good quality/price. Very good position. Very large room. Very good breakfast. Nothing else to add because I spent only one night. I don't know when I'm obliged to write 200 charachters !!!

it felt like a struggle for the staff to deal with a large group

the room was good and the staff helpful, how ever they struggled to cope with the size of our group when it came to food and drinks and did not have a no smoking area in the bar

Overall good experience due to its location & Proximity to Seef Mall & restaurants close by. The Room cleaning needs to improve, the wooden flooring was actually sticky, but was cleaned up in requesting.

fast check in and check out, Room is clean and very good location. however, breakfast very poor, and dose not worth at all, room service response very low . bathroom in Master bedroom no washing hose, & overpriced.

The staff are friendly, the breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are neatly kept. The only drawback was there were no teaspoons if one wanted to enjoy the in-room tea setup

This was my second stay in the hotel and I really like the place and I’m happy with it, however.. both times I had very noisy neighbors with multiple kids, and sometimes I couldn’t get to sleep until 1am because of the screening and shouting.. and I had to call the reception so many times to talk to them and calm them fown. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The pool closed at 5pm. To earlier if guest intend to relax a while after work / business meetings. Need to extend to min. 7 to 8pm.
