Good afternoon, I really wanted to write a good review because the people that I want to mention deserve a place in the spotlight! First we were spending most of our time at the pool and lagoon. The waiter there Mahmoud Assi is an amazing host! He is always smiling and full of jokes. He makes our day perfect with his amazing mojito cocktails! We really enjoyed the waiters at the restaurant buffet also the names of the restaurants alters were Abdelwahab, Zainab. They were awesome too. Also the friendly man who makes the room clean and well was a really kind and sweet guy. Definitely recommend this place! Love from Holland 🇳🇱 Room 7105

The staff of the restaurant is very polite,co-operative&efficient. I met many workers who have expressed their useful&cordial assistance to me&my family. I exactly remember Mr.Tarek Nabil&Mr.Wagdy Nasef who were very helpful,co-operative and effective in their behaviour with me and other European Customers. I have to arrange another visit to this nice place in the very near future.

I enjoyed a short 3 night stay in all ways Starting from the reception and accommodation where staff were professional and efficient especially Mr Ahmed who helped me with a second floor room The beach was large clean and relaxing a some rocks that were no problem using the sea shoes. Also the pool was clean and enjoyable. The food: despite previous reviews about limited choices I found it a lot of choices of high quality food, fresh bakery and variable choices of eastern and western cuisine, Also waiters were very active managing the large number of guests. Drinks were ok especially in breakfast. The room was wide with a wonderful view of the sea and pools, very clean and room cleaning and service was efficient There were other facilities that i didn’t explore like kite surfing, canoes kayak and the night shows and animation, also there’s a great spa and gym and tennis courts.. I enjoyed my stay and definitely am coming back

Bad Experience

Upon arrival, we did not find the room ready, although we arrived late for check-in. When we received the room, we found it different from what was booked, as we had booked a lagoon view room and received a garden view room. In addition, we did not find the needs of the third person in the room, although we confirmed to the receptionist (Mahmoud) that we were 3 people. When we went again, he told us that he had forgotten, and we moved to another room overlooking the lake. During the stay: The food was bad, there was no variety, and no drinks at dinner. When we left, we asked for a golf cart twice to take us with the luggage to the reception due to the distance of the room, and it came after an hour and a half. When we checked out, the receptionist (Ehab) asked us about a missing packet of chocolate from the bar in the room, and when we told him that it was not there, he did not believe us and kept asking and called the housekeeping employee. In conclusion, very bad treatment spoiled our stay, not befitting a 5-star hotel and an experience that we will never recommend to anyone.
