Al older hotel but with beautiful manicured gardens and lagoons - the breakfast buffet was abundant and extremely tasty - staff at all restaurants were very good My only complaint would be the rooms need to be cleaned earlier most days my room wasn’t attended till late in the day

Great resort very clean and well organized. Staff is very friendly. Especially recommended for stay with kids. Several pools and nice beach area. A lot of activities available: like tennis, kite surfing, water sports and golf. Weather in November is pretty decent.

My overall experience was really great! The staff were friendly. Everyone made sure I got everything I needed especially with my infant. I would definitely book here again. I want to specially thank Mahmoud Abdallah in the lagoon pool accounting. He helped me a lot and made sure my stay with my kid relaxed. The only problem I had was with the door keys and locks they sometimes got stuck and I was locked outside and I had to call the reception.
