Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential to us, and we assure you that all our quotes are based on market conditions, operational costs, and projected adjustments due to currency fluctuations. As the initial offer was not confirmed within its validity period, it was no longer applicable. The revised proposal was provided 17 months after the first deadline, reflecting the necessary adjustments based on anticipated costs at that time.
