Hotel listed as 5 stars. In my life, nowhere in the world have I seen wardrobes and a minibar in the bathroom. We were robbed of 600 euros by the hotel photographer and 300 euros by the people at the beauty salon. I had big problems with my Egyptian husband who accused me of paying the hotel scammers huge sums of money. The photographer refused to give a receipt for the money collected. And the staff at the beauty salon are a real danger.Manicure and pedicure tools are not sterilized. After use, towels are simply placed on the shelf and used for the next client. In the 3 hours I spent in the salon, I never once saw the employees wash or disinfect their hands. In the room intended for cosmetic treatments, a single towel was also used for all clients. The room was dirty and without ventilation. The salon employees were very aggressively selling various gels (125 Egyptian pounds) at a price of 20 euros each. I don't know if the hotel management knows about the scammers who rob tourists, but this is unacceptable. I love Egypt. My husband is Egyptian and as I mentioned the experience in this hotel was disastrous. I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Nice Hotel area, could have more vegetarian Options for food could be more versatile but the personal trys to make up for it. Waiter Ahmed Kamal is very friendly accomodating.
