Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely regret that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the shisha service, please allow us to clarify that shisha is usually served at our Oriental Tent from the afternoon onwards. Nevertheless, in an effort to accommodate your request, our team arranged the service for you earlier than the usual opening hours. We also very much regret the waiting time you experienced during check-out. Due to the Eid holiday period, the resort was operating at full occupancy with an exceptionally heavy arrival and departure flow at reception. We fully understand your frustration, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide to our valued guests. Your comments have been carefully noted and shared internally for review. At the same time, we would like to mention that the receptionist concerned has an impeccable professional record and is well known and appreciated by many of our guests for his courteous and professional attitude. We are therefore sorry that your personal impression did not reflect the service standards we strive to maintain.
