We had such a wonderful stay at Mövenpick El Gouna. The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Blanche and Ali for going above and beyond to make my son’s birthday so special. What really stood out was how they were always two steps ahead — anticipating what we might need, responding to every request with a smile, and making sure every little detail was taken care of. It’s rare to experience such genuinely thoughtful and attentive service. We felt incredibly well looked after throughout our stay and would happily return. Thank you to the whole team for making our experience so memorable!

Hotel good quality, rooms lovely, massive bed. Showers weak, not 5 star. Food - salads wide choice, hot food average. Staff fantastic- really cheerful and engaging, nothing too much bother. Activities poor. On- site clothing shop worker made my 17yr old daughter very uncomfortable with his comments- she is not usually phased by idiots but this guy was too much. Location beautiful. Lots of food poisoning when we were there- el gouna pharmacy remarked about the amount coming from the hotel, and it ruined half my holiday. Not what was expected from a 5 star branded hotel- wife worked for 15yrs with IHG.

From the very beginning, from the booking process with Vivian from Sales, to Mohamed Shehata and Carolos from Reservations, I felt the same warm spirit and genuine hospitality that I have always associated with this wonderful hotel. A very special thank you to the Front Office team, especially Khaled Abdel Rabou and Ahmed Hagar, and to the amazing Bell Team, Reda and Abdel Raouf, for their warm welcome and continuous support. My sincere appreciation goes to Yasser E. Sakran, Food & Beverage Manager, and the incredible restaurant team: Ali, Ahmed, Reda, E. Sayed, Abdullah, Ahmed E.
