The food is so good the staff is so friendly the animation rearm are so kind ,,good vibes we loved the show and the great atmosphere of the show ,, the room was very clean and very nice and we also loved the location it’s a good place everything was amazing

The property is absolutely beautiful. The food excellent! The rooms beautiful! The staff isn't overly helpful. The reception would leave me hanging on calls when asking for information. The swimming pool was not heated and ice cold in spite of the temperature saying 24! This was communicated to the staff each day of our stay with zero results. We had just come after staying at the Sheraton and I was left very disappointed!

I was there for a birthday party and I found your service to be excellent and your staff very helpful and polite. The hotel is very exclusive and clean. I had to have a room change as I was the only one who was split from the group. The management made every effort to change my room inspite of the fact that the hotel was full. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel.
