Our luxury rooms and suites at Mövenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna are situated in seven separate clusters, giving a feeling of privacy and comfort at all times. All our spacious rooms have balconies or terraces and fabulous views over Classic Garden View Rooms have easy access to the pools, Deluxe Rooms feature an innovative design and Deluxe Sea View Suites are decadent havens. Families are perfectly comfortable in our Family Lagoon View Rooms and two-bedroom Family Sea View Suite.

Arrival was smooth reception was corporative and supported us we got room 3223 it was duplex type in general it’s ok the view was lagoon view ( wished they had Nessepresso machine sun rooms ) beach is nice morning and noon time better than lagoons for sure pools were ok just the only negative was the towels that we have to deliver back and it’s locations where some how far ( the kiosks of collections )0 Pools are ok an si liked that they had more than options for kids Evening time at get had like a theatre where they had fire shows belly dancing and dancing for all hotel residents which was nice the location is cool Greenish in resort nice and very where Breakfast was ok and good variety ( May be for both breakfast and dinner the missing was the exotic fruits and higher quality fruits ) May be sweets chef could be better it’s is a good variety but not that taste Same applies on croissants but the rest ok I’m general resort looked good and nice big enough and the beach was ok Wished they had feather pillows ?, and sure more shower amenities but they support when uour request

The hotel staff within the available facilities doing there best to insure customer being happy hotel garden looks nice beach could be better pools are ok though the issue of towels little tiredfull food in general ok there is variety can be higher in terms of taste and grade specially fruits and sweets I can mention tarek from main restaurants and Ahmad at reception they r v supportive

During our stay at the Mövenpick hotel we had an medical emergency. Luckily we had Dr. Hany who helped us immediately. He was very kind and helpful and a real professional is his job. We are very glad he helped us so we could enjoy the rest of our stay.

As diamond member, I am entitled for free drinks voucher , I did not get I am entitled for 30% discount of all drinks and food and I did not get any I need to a reply from Accor about it and refund of my 30% discount of food and drinks
