Management are very accommodating and quick to solve any problems that a guest could possibly have. It's a shame front dest staff or receptionist arent. Other staff make the hotel definitely a 5 start hotel with their attention to detail and helpfulness.

Well located but food not up to the mark

Rooms are pretty decent but the food was not upto the mark..It was served cold and for 4 days the whole menu was same at the buffet

I’m really shocked with the new rules from the hotel, stating that visitors have to pay 150 AED , however I booked for double room ( for two person already) And I mentioned that to the staff the two person will stay in the room , the staff is really not professional and rod.
