On arrival, bell boys opened doors to the taxi and helped with our luggages. Check-in was a breeze and accomodating with some requests. Rooms were nice and cozy and had international 3 pin sockets and a seperate usb/lightning charging port. Lounge staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast spread was a good mix of international and local food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Movenpick is THE hotel to stay at for great quality at an affordable price. The restaurant quality is top notch and the rooms are a decent size. Hanoi is a bustling city and this is a great location to travel to other regions in Northern Vietnam. One of the nicest features was the chocolate hour. Adults and children both enjoy.
